Measuring of customers satisfaction in Celebrity boxing place

Topic: The evaluation of customer satisfaction at CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE. Objectives: The main goal for this thesis is to define the current client base with a high emphasis on finding overall weak points in customer satisfaction concerning offered services of Celebrity boxing place in order to find new ways of possible improvements and increasing the client base in the future. Methods: The first method used is paper questionare that was given to current clients visiting Celebrity boxing place on a regular basis. This method is followed by sending evaluation emails to former clients. The analysis of those results will be the key factor for forming a variety of recomendations for CELEBRITY BOXING PLACE in the future. Results: The current base of loyal clients proved to be large and still growing due to high quality of offered training sessions, profesional attitude towards clients and friendly atmosphere. Title: The quality of sport-related services in institutions designed for children aged 3- 6 years (pre-school education). Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the quality of sport related services in MŠ Bendova in the Czech Republic. Methods: This marketing research is going to be conducted using standardized methods of SERVQUAL in form of a written questionnaire, which was passed on to parents through kindergarten teachers. Results: The results of this marketing research show that parents are not completely satisfied with provided quality of sport service. The tangibles and assurance represent the most problematic part for the parents, on the other hand, the reliability was the best part of the research. Management of sport events - Junior Marathon

Title: Sport event management - Junior Marathon Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to suggest some improvements for next years of Junior Marathon based on analysis of Junior Marathon 2014. The other objective is to prepare a manual for organizing this event in 2016. Methods: In this thesis were used following methods: qualitative interviews with the race manager Bojan Nankovič, analysis of documents and case studies. The interview was unstructured with previously known issues. Further was used analysis of secondary data - PIM's company internal materials. After that followed personal observation of Junior Marathon with investigation of whole event. Results: The main results of this thesis are suggestions for improvement of the event based on its analysis. These recommendations can be used also for similar sport events. For instance were detected cheating participants which leads to advice race managers to supervise racers identities. To add, it is highly recommended to improve accompanying activities. Title: Marketing mix of FC Baník Ostrava and proposals for its improvement. Targets: Comprehensive appraisal of FC Baník Ostrava marketing mix. The objective was to make an improvement proposal of individual marketing elements based on the synthesis of the club fans marketing research results and author's experience. Methods: An electronic questioning was used to obtain the relevant information. This questioning was focused on the fans satisfaction, opinion and attitude. The respondents were the fans of FC Baník Ostrava. Results: Marketing research results showed deficiency in the current marketing mix of the club. Fundamental deficiencies regard an unprofessional club communication and disrespectful attitude towards the club fans who are their customers. Title: Marketing strategy of development of the company MARINE SPORT Objectives: The main objective of the diploma thesis is prepared a strategic marketing plan based on theoretical assumptions and acquired data and analysis. The marketing plan and key marketing strategy should improve marketing situation and position in the czech market of the company. Methods: The practical part of thesis includes various analyzes that provide information about marketing situation. It's used Porter's model of five forces, marketing mix and PEST analysis of external macro-environment of company. Analysis of market is focused on competitiveness and its intensity. All these analyzes form main data for the final SWOT analysis that is processed as a plus-minus matrix. The aim of this matrix is marketing strategies for the company. Results: The result of the diploma thesis was selected the best marketing strategy and deducted proposals and measures how to improve the functioning of the company in the czech market. Title: Marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The analysis includes comparison of given information with theoretical acknowledgement. The aim of the diploma thesis is to recommend some changes of marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou that could be helpful in following seasons according to the given comparison. Methods: The main method of collecting data needed for this diploma thesis is an interview. Interview was given personally and via mobile phone by management of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou and by ski school's customers. There is also SWOT analysis provided in the diploma thesis, where internal and external factors of Classic Ski School are being evaluated. Results: While analysing the marketing mix of Classic Ski School in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, an insufficient usage of some parts of marketing mix - for ex. Packages, Programming - was found out. Title: AC Sparta Praha futsal marketing mix and proposals for the improvement Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor work was to examine a marketing mix of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and based on the acquired information propose measures which will lead to the improvement of the current situation as well as the bigger public interest. Methods: In the theoretical part was an analysis of documents applied. A structured interview with open questions was used to acquire basic information about the club, the current marketing mix and the information needed for the executed analyses. Based on the observation of "A" team matches, the case study and the study of documents the survey of club environment conditions was conducted. PEST analysis and the analysis of sources were used for club environment analysis. SWOT analysis was created to sum up all found out information. Results: Results have displayed unprofitable functioning of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and deficiencies in the marketing mix, primarily in a club merchandising, accompanying program and promotion. Title: Using the GAP Model of Service Quality in the FITcentrum Chrudim. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze through GAP model the causes of the gaps that exist between the various levels of interaction in the process of providing services in the FITcentrum Chrudim. Based on the results was assessed the state of the organization and the solution was designed to achieve a higher quality of service and higher customer satisfaction. Methods: For the research is used GAP model of service quality, model of five gaps. Individual gaps were investigated using questionnaires designed for customers and staff of fitness center, semi-structured interview with the owner of fitness and self-observation. Results: The results of research are illustrated using the method of classification crosses, tables and graphs. The obtained dates helped to identify the services, what can be improved and to find the gaps in communication between employees and on the basis of this are set recommendations, how existing deficiencies minimize or completely removed. These results help to achieve a higher quality of providing services and enjoyment of the customers. Title: Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim Objectives: Thesis "Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim" is in its final form a very important source of marketing information system of management in a medium-sized fitness center in Chrudim. Its aim is to determine customer satisfaction with products depending on their initial expectations. Acquired views, comments and criticisms of the provided services helped us to assess the state of the sports organization on the basis of which a proposal was submitted for possible improvement. Methods: The study is based on theoretical knowledge related to the selected topic. Marketing research based on the method of survey was one of the most frequently used methods for enquiring about customer satisfaction. Results of the individual questions of the questionnaire are shown in the graphs. Based on their interpretation, the state and operations of the surveyed organization was assessed. To obtain information about the operation of FITcentrum Chrudim, a semi- structured interview was conducted with the owner.
