Pavlík, Michael ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title: Use of streching exercices as a compensation for overloaded muscle parts in case of football players Objectives: Diagnose shortened muscle parts of the lower limbs in probands and on the basis of this diagnosis compile a compensation plan using stretching exercises to reduce muscle shortening of the examined muscle groups. Methods: Functional muscle tests according to Janda (2004) were used for the research. These tests were used to examine shortened muscle groups in football players. A five-point scoring scale used for enroll the results, according to the head of this work, Dr. Hráský. After the first initial examination, a simple stretching exercise plan was drawn up to reduce muscle contraction. After two months of application of this program, an output measurement followed, which had the task of determining the degree of functionality of this program. Results: Improving the muscular flexibility of the examined muscle parts after the application of the compensation plan, especially significantly visible in the group of probands who trained regularly under the supervision of the principal investigator throughout the research period. Keywords: stretching, compensatory exercises, functional muscle tests, football training

For electroprocedures, we chose only a questions about the experience with them, because of the need...
Modelling of Selected Risks in Healthcare
Nováková, Pavlína ; Bednář, Josef (referee) ; Popela, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the modeling of selected risks in healthcare. Motivated by the current pandemic situation, it focuses on analysis of risks associated with the vaccination center in Brno. The theoretical part is mainly devoted to the issue of risk management with a focus on risks in healthcare, where the methods that are used in the practical part are defined. Furthermore, the thesis presents selected topics of mathematical programming. Especially, the newsvendor problem is introduced as inspiring case for further modelling. The brief description of the covid-19 pandemic situation later serves as one of the data sources. The practical part deals with the description and risk analysis of the vaccination process using the methods "What If?" and the FMEA method. Appropriate decisions are then proposed for selected risk situations using the GAMS optimization system. Based on the results of the calculations, specific recommendations are proposed.
Psychomotor games as way of development for graphomotor skills by preschool children
Sochorová, Denisa ; Nováková, Pavlína (advisor) ; Vařeková, Jitka (referee)
Title: Psychomotor games as a mean of graphomotorics development in preschool children Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the level of graphomotor skills in kindergarten for preschool children and also evaluate the effect of psychomotor exercises and games on preschool children. . Methods: This is a quasi-experiment, which works with a targeted selection of a group of probands, children from a specific kindergarten. Twelve children were selected and dividend into research and kontrol group. Both groups included six probands, four boys and two girls. The level of graphomotor skills was tested by using the figure drawing test and tests from the MABC-2 battery. At the same time, it is a qualitative research, where the quality of execution of individual tasks and the hygiene of writing is monitored on the basis of non-standardized observation. Results: The results of the final testing showed an improvement in the control group of children in whom no psychomotor games were applied. Both groups had better final results in figure drawing test and in fine motor skills tests from the MABC- 2 battery. Keywords: psychomotor activities, children draw, preschool age, graphomotorics skills, figure drawing, fine motor skills

Šírerová, Karina ; Daďová, Klára (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title: Subjective evaluation of training courses in the field of inclusive physical education by Primary school educators Objectives: The main objective of the diploma thesis is to examine the subjective evaluation of inclusive PE training courses by the Primary school educators. Methods: The subjective evaluation of postgraduate education in the field of inclusive PE by the educators of Prague Primary schools was surveyed through empirical research, which was carried out within the Movement for Inclusion Project. An anonymous survey of our own design containing 22 survey questions was used to monitor the opinions and attitudes of Primary school educators. A total of 19 respondents (18 women and 1 man), who met the requirements for inclusion in the target research group, completed the survey via Google Forms. Results: According to the thesis, all participants in the research have perceived an increase in competencies for working with SEN (specific educational needs) pupils. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of full-time and distance forms of additional training were mapped. The participants (except three) agreed that they had studied the course books sent as part of distance training courses. Respondents consider the desire to enrich their existing knowledge to be the greatest...
The influence of muscle tonus with hormonal contraception
Vidunová, Karolína ; Šifta, Petr (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title The influence of muscle tonus with hormonal contraception Objective The thesis aims to determine whether and to what extent the use of hormonal contraception affects muscle tension, which can vary depending on the current phase of the menstrual cycle in women. Method The thesis is divided into theoretical part where there is a summary of information on this topic from the literature Czech and world, a special part that is treated as research using noninvasive myotonometer. The measurement is performed in 12 probands four times in four weeks, always at some stage of their menstrual cycle. The measurement results are compared between the two groups by probands and is found to influence hormonal contraceptives on muscle tension during the menstrual cycle. Results Measurement myotonometer shows that hormonal contraceptive use affects muscle tension. The measurement results show a stable and predictable changes in fluctuating muscle tension in probands who use hormonal contraceptives, but the rate changes are subject to interpersonal differences, and these results can not give a general opinion. Key words Menstrual cycle, hormonal contraception, muscle tension, myotonometer

A visual analogue scale (VAS) was used before and after each modified massage. In addition, the Poms questionnaire was used at the beginning of 1. weeks before the intervention and at the end of 5. a week after the intervention. Also, surveys with open questions were used after the completion of the entire research. Results: According to the evaluation tool - (VAS) of the visual analogue scale, there was a general reduction in pain in the area of the neck, shoulder and upper back. The Poms questionnaire showed the greatest improvement in all 6 probands in the indicators - " fatigue "and"confusion". In other indicators:" tension"," depression "and" vitality "there was no significant...

There were 6 girls between 14 and 16 years. The probes were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The therapeutic physical education program lasted 6 week, two times a week for 20 minutes and included balancing and breathing exercises. The methods of data collection at the entrance and exit examinations were kinesiological analysis of posture with aspects from the front, side and back. Photographs taken before the start of the ZTV program and after the rehearsal of the ZTV program were used for documentation. Results: After a 6-week intervention, 2 of the 3 probands who completed the ZTV program showed a significant and obvious improvement in posture in the upper torso.
