Intelligent Test Procedures Low-Tension Traction Drives with Induction Motors
Nesvadba, Martin ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Novák, Jaroslav (referee) ; Duroň,, Jiří (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the problem of the noise measurement and construction of the noise test station what was also interest of my employer - company Kollmorgen,sr.o. This testing station should be located directly in the assembly line with target of the noise motor s identification. On base of these measured values and implemented intelligent testing procedures, we should be able to identify real root cause of the noise The noise of electrical machines is actual issue. There is a big pressure for low-noise driving system construction created by many end-customers. We can achieve these requirements with 100% quality of all parts of current product, implementation of noise testing station and also with design optimization of the current product. Basic testing procedures of induction motors were showed in first part of this work (chapter 4.1.). These procedures are able to provide good picture of the motor condition. For the motor noise measurements was constructed a workplace including noise box with acoustical absorption up to 30dB what allowed the workplace implementation directly into the motor assembly line. Testing techniques and frequency analysis procedures were implemented sequentially with the target of the test evaluation improvement. After the detailed analyze of the motor noise root causes was performed check of the current motor design with respect of the “noiselessness” motor construction principles. As next step was created the motor prototype with optimized construction with target of the motor noise reduction. This optimized motor was tested and compared with standard motor design.
Road Pricing and its Impact on Road Traffic in the Czech Republic
Novák, Jaroslav ; Máša, Vojtěch (referee) ; Vémola, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the toll systems which have been in operation in the Czech Republic since 2007. The first part defines the basic concepts of transportation and describes the development, goals and the direction of transport policy of the European Union, and the Czech Republic. It also describes the different ways of collecting tolls on roads and the possibility of charging for entrance into cities. The second part analyses the current state of the toll system, not only in our country, but also in neighboring countries. Practical knowledge is supplemented by the hand counting of trucks, avoiding toll communication and a questionnaire survey among carriers. The third part is focused on proposals for solving current situations. The aims are: bring trucks back to the toll roads, reduce the noise levels on highways at night, improve the quality of roads in the Czech Republic, increase user comfort levels of toll systems and increase the number of "green" trucks on the roads
Production KAIZEN Application
Novák, Jaroslav ; Kotek, Luboš (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
Theoretical part of this diploma thesis describe Kaizen method and parts of this method, which was developed in Japan after the Second World War. One part of this method is the 3MU concept, that includes definition of absences which influence all companies. One concept of the 3MU is “Muda”, who indicate waste. Practical part is interesting in wastes in sphere of productivity at one of the production department of the Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. Individual operations of this department are considered in light of possibility introduction of more-machine operation and the checking of necessity of some machines. As a result is time data evaluation by REFA method and check of possibility introduction of more-machine operation with modification of working processes, calculation of industrial production capacity of some machines and the definition of buffer stocks. This modification of working processes, number of machines and the definition of buffer stocks needs change of layout of production department. At the conclusion there are calculated final costs and savings for implementation of this project.

Expert systems ES for home study and evaluation
Novák, Jaroslav ; Honzík, Petr (referee) ; Jirsík, Václav (advisor)
This master thesis contains the basic information about knowledge and expert systems. The thesis contains theoretic text about architecture of the expert systems and representation knowledge. The text regarding on representation knowledge contains examples of different ways of knowledge representation for expert systems. In the next part is described the design and all functions of the expert systems. This expert system uses frames representation.
Rationalization of manipulation of material in Bosch Diesel s.r.o.
Novák, Jaroslav ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Hlavenka, Bohumil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is engaging in problems with location of machines and work places and material flow in workshop for remanufacturing of high pressure injection pumps in plant of Bosch Diesel Ltd. in Jihlava. Impulse for build-up of this bachelor thesis is planned expansion on new type of pump and unsuitable location of machines and work places and general unsuitable solution of production area. At designing of rebuilding of this workshop was used of experiences of staffs from Industrial engineering department (TEF6), Facility management department (FCM) and Remanufacturing department (MFB). Objective of this bachelor thesis is the best solution of current problems and elimination of future problems. Everything with the lowest cost for rebuilding. Result of this bachelor thesis is proposal of two variants of solution. Proposal nr.1 contains economic solution and proposal nr.2 contains solution with ideal material flow. This bachelor thesis is recipe only, for responsible people, how to change current status.
CHAID and logistic regression
Novák, Jaroslav ; Čabla, Adam (advisor) ; Matějka, Martin (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce logistic regression and method dedicated to construction of decision trees called CHAID, compare these two methods with regard to interpretation of their outputs. In order to accomplish the set goals application of these methods will be presented on real dataset. Statistical software will be used to obtain outputs. The outputs will be interpreted and conclusions on their bases will be presented. This thesis will also introduce possibilities of interpretation of these outputs and pros and cons that are connected with them.
Transport of goods by the Trans-Siberian Railway between Asia and the EU
