Design and implementation of the test luminaire with a uniform emitting area and the possibility of spectral change
Šilha, Jakub ; Novák, Filip (referee) ; Motyčka, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and construction of the luminaire according to the specified parameters. It introduces the reader to the basic properties of light radiation, light sources and individual parts of the luminaire. Furthermore, the thesis presents the development of the luminaire design and its implementation according to the required parameters. As a result, the manufactured luminaire will be tested and evaluated.
Lighting design of production hall
Pavlinský, Branislav ; Novák, Filip (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
Nowadays, a large number of people spend a lot of time in the presence of artificial lighting and therefore artificial lighting and the correct design of such lighting is very important. This work deals with the evaluation of the original state of the lighting system of the production hall and the design of a new lighting system. Lighting design is solved using the RELUX program. Luminaires from the Czech manufacturer TREVOS were used to design the lighting.
HPLC-high resolution mass spectrometry analysis of in vitro and in vivo metabolism of scoparone
Novák, Filip ; Matoušková, Petra (advisor) ; Raisová Stuchlíková, Lucie (referee)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biochemical Sciences University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio, School of Pharmacy Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Candidate: Filip Novák Supervisor: Ing. Petra Matoušková, Ph.D. Consultant: prof. Seppo Auriola Title of Diploma thesis: HPLC-high resolution mass spectrometry analysis of in vitro and in vivo metabolism of scoparone Scoparone is an active ingredient of Artemisia scoparia, a medicinal plant used in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been studied for various pharmacological effects such as upregulation of conjugation enzymes included in excretion of bilirubin, reduction of proinflammatory cytokines, lowering of plasma lipids levels and inhibition of platelet aggregation. In this thesis, metabolism of scoparone was studied by LC-MS method using Q-ToF device. Scoparone was incubated with liver microsomes obtained from 6 different mammal species to study in vitro oxidation. In total, six metabolites were detected in the incubation samples. Scopoletin and isoscopoletin were identified as major metabolites in every species, however, the rates of scoparone oxidation as well as a ratio of formed isoscopoletin and scopoletin varied. Furthermore, in vivo metabolites in human were studied in urine samples obtained from...

Use of Luminance Analyser for the Quantification of Artificial Light at Night
Novák, Filip ; Motyčka, Martin (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with obtrusive light and its measurement, especially with the help of luminance analyzers. In particular, the necessary theoretical basis for the design of a measuring methodology for obtrusive light or veil brightness of the sky is laid here. This mainly includes the division of obtrusive light and its manifestations, a description of the effects of obtrusive light on the environment, selected organisms and the human body. Also described herein are the biological mechanisms of the human body that are affected by light as such. Attention is also paid to streetlights, its classification and methods of reducing obtrusive light, as well as methods of measuring brightness and brightness analyzers. Last but not least, the night sky is also measured using the LumiDISP luminance analyzer and subsequent data are evaluated using the proposed method.
Educational needs analysis of teachers at selected elementary school
Novák, Filip ; Veteška, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Svobodová, Zuzana (referee)
This diploma thesis, entitled "Analysis of the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school", deals a priori with the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school in Prague, which the student selected as the most suitable for their own research. The aim of the work was to identify and analyze the educational needs, if possible, of all teachers of the selected primary school, on the basis of which an adequate educational program will be determined, which will be mediated in full conclusion its pedagogical staff as a certain directive for the possible improvement of the process of further education of primary school pedagogical staff. Teachers can often encounter certain barriers in their pedagogical work, which stand between themselves and their further education. In connection with this fact, the work is focused on this issue. In the theoretical passage of the diploma thesis, the terminological definitions of the main areas, which the topic of the diploma thesis deals primarily in its content, are then objectively, in fact made. The practical part is mainly involved in research, which seeks to use the chosen method of questioning to identify the full educational needs of teachers in their careers, based on which it will be possible to design an educational program for...
Kočičí odpočívadlo jako designový prvek interiéru
Novák, Filip
The bachelor work with its development is aimed at creating a unique collection of cat resting place as a structural element of the interior with a new view of the given issue with the possibility of its use for the owner himself. Subsequent production of the proto-type of one of the proposed models will bring the product market out of the current range of manufactured products. The theoretical part of the introduction explains the human need of cat breeding and the historical development that preceded it. Using search surveys of both the foreign and the Czech market, the type of trends and materi-als currently used in production. The practical part is an inspiration leading to the final form of the collection and the competition survey. The work culminates with a 1:1 scale prototype production and a built-in marketing plan to facilitate the products distribution.
