Analysis of causality between development tools and development
NOVÁKOVÁ, Petra
In this bachelor's thesis we give an overview of the development of gymnastics tools and reports with a focus on asymmetric bars. The most tumultuous development of all kinds of gymnastic tools is the asymmetric bars of women after the Second World War. From male parallel bars we gradually switched to exercise on asymmetric bars. The exercise was initially rather static. Later the exercise on asymmetric bars was characterized by technically and dynamically perfect execution of elements and frequent alternation of transition from one bar to another. The first chapter of the bachelor thesis briefly discusses the history of gymnastics. The second chapter describes the development of the construction on asymmetric bars. The third chapter describes the development of elements, reports and rules on asymmetric bars. Most information was drawn from professional periodicals and literature dealing with specific issues in the period.
Sex robotics: humanization, sexualization and genderization of sexbots
Nováková, Petra ; Dvořáčková, Jana (advisor) ; Kobová, Ĺubica (referee)
The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of tendencies to humanize modern technologies, i.e. the process of assigning human attributes and characteristics, roles and features to machines, despite the fact that machines are of inorganic origin, created artificially by man and thus inherently asexual. In the case of sexual technologies and in the field of sex robotics in particular, there is not only genderization but also the sexualization of humanoid- looking machines such as the so called sexual robots or sexbots. The resulting design reflects the binary understanding of gender and stereotypes associated with gender. The process of humanization is analyzed in the context of contemporary popular culture and post-humanistic theories of the study of human-robot relations, while also taking into account the binary understanding of gender and the categories of masculinity and femininity. Popular culture is thus improtant not only in regards to the development of sexbots but also in terms of acceptance by the users. Attention is paid to the possible positive and negative consequences of engaging with sexbots on the user int he contxt of the apparent human ability to form emotional connections to technological artifacts. Key words Technology, robot, sex, artifical inteligence, sexbot, sex doll, popular...

Nováková, Petra ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Liška, Petr (referee)
Abuse of Dominant Position - Individual Forms of Abusing Practices under Community and Czech law Abstract Competition is a basic mechanism of the market economy. It encourages companies to provide consumers products they want, encourages innovation, and pushes the prices down. In order to be effective, competition needs independent undertakings which are subject to the competitive pressure. That was the reason why Competition law has developed. It should pre- eminently ensure to preserve the competition on the market. Competition law comprising three pillars, namely cartel agreements prohibition, merger control and the law against abuse of dominant position. This thesis focuses on the last mentioned branch of the competition law. Attention is aimed to the individual possible forms of abusive conduct of dominant undertakings. The text explicates this problem from the Czech and European law perspective and attempts to explain individual forms of abusing practices in the light of case law. It only contains substantial law, procedural law is not covered. The main aim of the thesis is to bring out the comparison between the legislation relating to the individual forms of abusing practices in the European law and Czech law and to find out if the approach of the competition authorities on the European and Czech...

Nováková, Petra ; Turčová, Ivana (advisor) ; Neuman, Jan (referee)
Title: Influence of outdoor activities on interpersonal relationships in a peer group in the environment ofinstitutional care. Aim of the thesis: The aim of this work is to find out whether outdoor activities have an effect on relationships in the group of the youth who live in the conditions of institutional care. Research methodology: We have used the Sociometric questionnaire B3-U. In the experimental group there are 11 adolescents from the orphanege in Jablonec nad Nisou. In the control group there are 10 children and adolescents from the orphanege in Semily. Children's age ranged from 8 to 15. Results and conclusions: The results of the research showed that the most excluded person in the group found new relationship in the group. Results regarding the most exluded people in the group were very positive. After our intervention the least favorite person recieved about half less of the negative voices. In the group hierarchy the distance among members of the group grew smaller. Only results of feelings friendship and confidence in the group were after the intervention lower. That is suprising in relation to other results which were positive. Keywords: Outdoor activities, outdoor sports, institutional care, group dynamics, interpersonal relationships.
Physiotherapy after total hip replacement. The use of selected Bobath concept elements in patients after total hip replacement
Francová, Anna ; Nováková, Petra (advisor) ; Šebková, Natálie (referee)
The theoretical section of my bachelor thesis is divided into two sections - the general and the special. The general section is focused on the anatomy and the kinesiology of the hip joint, the theory of the Bobath concept and on the coxarthrosis and its solution using the total hip replacement. The special section contains the preoperative phase, but especially the postoperative and the posthospital phase. It includes also a mention about some special physiotherapy methods, which we could use in patients after total hip replacement. The main chapter in the special section is The use of Bobath concept in patients after total hip replacement. The practical section contains two case histories of patients to whom was indicated the implantation of total hip replacement because of coxarthrosis. The main aim of this thesis is to choose from Bobath concept those elements that are suitable in patients after total hip replacement and to verify the effectiveness of these elements. The second aim of my bachelor thesis is to verify if these elements are possible to use in hospital inpatient ward. Key words: Total hip replacement, Bobath concept, physiotherapy, coxarthrosis, motion stereotype

Title of thesis: Physiotherapy for bariatric surgery patients Abstract: This bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy for patients after bariatric surgery. The main aim of the study is to create a handbook for bariatric patients, which they will be able to exercise at home. Partial aim is to find out how the quality of life and pain perception of bariatric patients changes due to group exercise, individual physiotherapy and bariatric surgery itself. The SF-MPQ, DIBDA, map pain and IWQOL-Lite questionnaire were used to determine the results. The theoretical part describes the diagnosis and examination of obesity, health complications asociated with obesity and its treatment, both conservative and surgical. It also summarizes the indications and contraindications of bariatric-metabolic surgery and types of procedures. Furthermore, it focuses on physical activity in bariatric patients and the role of physiotherapist in bariatrics. The practical part contains case reports of two patients, who underwent bariatric surgery and then attended group exercise and individual physiotherapy for four weeks. The initial examination, including questionnaires, was performed about a week before the surgery. The same type of questionnaires was used in the final examination after four-week therapy, which started 3-4 weeks...
A comparison of the properties of tablets from silicified microcrystalline celluloses of different particle size.
Nováková, Petra ; Mužíková, Jitka (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
In the work is studied mechanical strength and disintegration time of tablets prepared by direct compression of the two form silicified microcrystalline celluloses - Prosolv SMCC 50 and Prosolv SMCC 90 according to the compression force (3; 3,5; 4kN), addition of lubricants (magnesium stearate, Pruv) and addition of model active substances (acetylsalicylic acid, ascorbic acid). Studied co-processed filler-binders differ by the size of elements. Used concentration of lubricants was 0,5 %, of model active substances 50 %. Tablet strenght and the disintegration time rise with the increasing compression force. The work confirms the low impact of the lubricants on the tablet strenght from microcrystalline celluloses (especially Prosolv SMCC 50). Prosolv SMCC 50 gives firmer tablets with longer disintegration time. The disintegration time of all of the tableting blends is increased by adding of lubricants as well, higher negative impact has magnesium stearate. The presence of model active substances decreases the strength of the tablets and accelerates the disintegration time of all of the tested compounds, in the mixtures with active substances was not applied negative impact of lubricats on the disintegration time (except of Prosolv SMCC 50 in mixture with ascorbic acid - the disintegration time was not...
