Petra Sládková, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Možnost využití plicní telerehabilitace u pacientů po prodělané infekci Covid-19 Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a onemocněním Covid-19 a fyzioterapeutickými možnostmi ovlivnění následků tohoto onemocnění. Zaměřuje se především na využití respirační fyzioterapie ve formě telerehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsáno onemocnění Covid-19 a veškeré souvislosti, které jsou s onemocněním spojené, včetně plicní fyzioterapie, významu včasné fyzioterapeutické intervence a možnostmi rehabilitace v konkrétních stádiích onemocnění. Dále se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na telerehabilitaci, její význam a souvislost s onemocněním Covid-19. Praktická část je věnována představení informačních materiálů pro pacienty po onemocnění Covid-19 a kazuistikám třech pacientů po prodělané nemoci. Informační materiály ve formě brožury obsahují základní informace o onemocnění Covid-19, doporučené postupy, možnosti léčby a preventivní opatření. Petra Sládková, Ph.D. Title: The possibilities of using pulmonary telerehabilitation for post-Covid 19 patients Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the issues related to Covid-19 and physiotherapeutic possibilities of influencing its effects. It focuces mainly on respiratory physiotherapy through telerehabilitation. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis gives a description of Covid-19 within its overall context, including pulmonary rehabilitation, the importance of early physiotherapy intervention and rehabilitation options in specific stages of the disease. In adition, the bachelor thesis describes a telerehabilitation and discusses its importance and connection with Covid-19. The practical part of the thesis presents an information brochure for post Covid-19 patients as well as case studies of three post Covid-19 patients. The information brochure contains the Covid-19 basics, complemented by the recommended procedures, treatment options and preventive measures.
