The main objective of my work is to create software support for local library in Petrovice by Karviná, as an information system, which provides all the required functions. This system should provide information about library. Also should provide better review of books and bailments, possibility to reserve books and reading them online. For library's employees offers complete system for administration books and readers. For example borrowing and returning books, and creating reminders. To create this project I will use PHP, Javascript, HTML and database system MySQL.

This thesis focuses on the critical analysis of the company on the basis of a strategy is designed to expand the company in a foreign market. The analytical part of this work also contains a comprehensive view of the situation on the Polish railway market. The draft strategy takes into account all the risks and opportunities that are presented on the Polish railways.

Electronic Shop

This paper focuses on the electronic trade in the Czech Republic and on its current state. Goal of the thesis is to formulate the strategy for employing and operation of the electronic shop which would be understandable for the wide public and create a concrete proposal of the electronic shop including the strategy for the submitter. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the electronic shop as a concept. There is also an analysis of the current state in the Czech Republic there. Empirical part then formulates the strategy for implementation and operation of the electronic shop and makes a proposal of the strategy for the submitter.

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan, which aims to create business in the area of student accommodation. Work based on the initial theoretical knowledge, followed by analysis of the current market situation and competition. Finally, it developed a detailed proposal on how it should look like accommodations, including a financial plan.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.
