This bachelor´s thesis deal with issue of a valuation system in the concrete company and it describe problems caused by his inadequacy. Main characteristics of the new system of a valuation are primarily transparence, attraction for the employees and low operational costs. This will satisfy employers and employees demands. Therefore it includes directions, procedures and necessary information to formation of new valuation system, which help to keep current employees and assist to higher working output. That will have a direct influence to general effectiveness of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with development of a business plan for establishment of a confectionery. The first part explains the basic concepts and theoretical basis for a business idea. The second part focuses on the analysis of environment and development of a specific business plan. Included as part of the proposal is a product assortment, interior design and promotion of confectionery.

Bachelor´s thesis meaning about reward current system in company for the better work productivity and motivation to work. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms - compensation, wages, motivation and their inter-relationship. In the second part I evaluate contemporary remun eration system on the basis of the results arising from the analysis, and I review the satisfaction of the employees with it. From these results due to achieved knowledge I recommend changes that I include into the contemporary remuneration system.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the remuneration system in a particular firm. The remuneration system is a very important part of management of the whole company. It works as an effective instrument for a productivity increase and for retention of good employees in the company. The remuneration system must be clear and fair to the employees. I evaluate contemporary remuneration system on the basis of the results arising from the analysis, and I review the satisfaction of employees with it. From these results due to achieved knowledge I recommend changes, that I include into the contemporary remuneration system.
