Bakalářská práce pojednává o změně systému hodnocení a odměňování v podniku za účelem zvýšení produktivity práce a motivace zaměstnanců k pracovní činnosti. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů odměňování, mzda, motivace a jejich vzájemných vztahů. Ve druhé části práce na základě výsledků provedené analýzy vyhodnotím současný systém odměňování a posoudím, zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni. Ze zjištěných výsledků a za pomoci dosažených znalostí doporučím změny, které zahrnu do současného systému odměňování. Bachelor´s thesis meaning about reward current system in company for the better work productivity and motivation to work. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms - compensation, wages, motivation and their inter-relationship. In the second part I evaluate contemporary remun eration system on the basis of the results arising from the analysis, and I review the satisfaction of the employees with it. From these results due to achieved knowledge I recommend changes that I include into the contemporary remuneration system.
