Specifics of the work of a novice teacher when integrating a pupil with a different mother tongue at a Czech primary school

This thesis deals with the problematics of the work of a novice teacher, who has a pupil with a different mother tongue in his class. Its aim is to identify the specifics that usually accompany the work of novice teachers when integrating these pupils. The text is structured into two parts, each of which is further divided into several chapters. The first, theoretical, part compiles and then presents expert knowledge on migration, inclusion and then education of pupils with a different mother tongue and, last but not least, the role of the school as well as teachers in the process of integration of these children. It also sets out the criteria that affect and influence pupil integration with a different mother tongue. The second part of the thesis is practical. It contains an analysis of the work of two teachers who currently have pupils with a different mother tongue in their class and are trying to integrate them. It is focused on the specifics of working with them. The analysis of their work is carried out on the criteria set out at the end of the theoretical part of this thesis. Educational values from the perspectives of preschool teachers

Values and their role in preschool education are the main topic of this diploma thesis. The mail aim is to find the answer to the question what kind of educational values nursery teachers consider to be the most important ones from their point of view concerning the curricula. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis I describe values from different perspectives: from philosophical, psychological, sociological and pedagogical perspective which is the most important ones. It is examined how values are connected with and grounded in the binding document "Framework educational programme for preschool education", I also focus on ethical principles of preschool teachers which should be followed and I describe the influence of values on shaping of children's behaviour. In the empirical part I introduce research information, data collections and data analysis and main results. The most important values from preschool teacher's point of view can be divided into three groups: moral values, values connected with relationships and values connected with skills. Issue of integrating children from socially disadvantaged ambience to nursery school

The diploma thesis "Issue of integrating children from socially disadvantaged ambience to nursery school" deals with the inclusive process of children from the socio-economically disadvantaged environment placed to nursery schools. The thesis describes the legislative framework of inclusion and the social environment of the Czech society. This work also deals with the Roma community, which makes up a large proportion of people with socio-economic disadvantage. It defines the role of the teacher in the inclusion of children from a socially disadvantaged environment and the position of the teacher assistant. The research part deals with the inclusive process of specific children at nursery school in the city with high unemployment. It also monitors the approach of individuals involved in the inclusive process and suggests possible changes that could lead to its improvement.
Cooperation skils of pre-school children

This master thesis deals with the issue of cooperative skills of preschool children. Its aim is to find out what are the basic problems of children cooperation and how to teach them cooperative skills. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, analysis (pre-research) and the practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of preschool children and it focuses primarily on psychological and social development. The main chapters are focused on the description of the task situation and the children cooperation. The description is based on an analysis of scientific literature and the results of previous research. Another part of this master thesis is the analysis, which is represented by pre-research. In this part, the work deals with the analysis of the seminar papers written in 2015 by students of postgraduate studies in the field of Preschool Pedagogy. The conclusions of the analysis show the issues of cooperation that will need to be focused on the following research. Christian education in pre-primary education in the Kingdom of Spain

The aim of this diploma thesis was to investigate the position of Christian education in preschool education in Spain and how it is practically applied in preschool facilities. Theoretical part deals with Spanish education system, education of religion in European context, educational legislation with an emphasis on religion and its connection with Spanish state, the specifics of teaching of religion and teacher qualification requirements. The practical part aimed to translate and analyse the content of the Curriculum for the religious area and catholic morality in preschool education. This analysis found out that teaching of religion is a unique way to naturally connect several different educational areas. The second part of the research consisted of case studies of four preschools, two catholic and two public. The characteristics of the visited schools, observations of lessons of religion and three teaching materials were analysed and compared. There were observable similarities and differences between visited catholic and public schools, for example in the way the school presented itself or in the ratio of the number of students attending Religion lessons to Ethics lessons.
