Changes of Motivation and Mindset of Generation Y's Employees

The diploma thesis examines motivations and attitude of employees in terms of generation mixture. It focuses specifically on Generation Y, which is gradually becoming the main representation element of the generation mix in the workplace. The method com- bines the exploration of qualitative research (in-depth interview applying the techniques of neuro-linguistic programming) with quantitative (questionnaire construction). Based on the findings, with help of metaprogramming (MindSonar) framework, are identified elements of mindsets and values (metaprofiles) of employees of selected company. Then, there are described potentials of development of the company, that can lead to higher company performance.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of measures in the employee remuneration system for a specific department of the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical background based on professional publications dealing with the topic of employee remuneration. It is followed by part two, which deals with the analysis of the current state of the remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors. The last part of the thesis focuses on specific proposals for changes in the remuneration system.

Suggestions for the Optimisation of the Remuneration Policies in Particular Company

This bachelor thesis is concerned with a search for optimalisation of the current employee remuneration system in chosen company. The first part of the thesis focuses on describing a theoretical introduction of the topic remuneration system and evaluation of employees, and is also used as a basis for consequent parts of the thesis. Second part concentrates on the analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on the analysis the last part deals with suggestions for optimal changes, which are meant to positively affect the future of remuneration in the chosen company.

Measurement and Evaluation of a Business Performance

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of the selected company ABC s.r.o. through years 2015-2019. The first, theoretical part defines financial analysis, the sources of information for its execution, as well as the methods used in the financial analysis. In the second, practical part, the financial analysis is carried out based on methods and principles defined in theoretical part. In the third part are presented possible solutions to identified problems.
