Problems of teaching in the period of closed schools

The aim of this work is to obtain the opinions of pupils and teachers through a questionnaire survey, to analyse and compare the answers and based on this, to try to find out the problems of distance and online education in the school year 2020/2021 at 1. KŠPA Kladno, s.r.o. The author of this thesis teaches information technology subjects at this school in a full-time form of study and in a distance form of study. Using acquaintance with colleagues and pupils, the high school will attempt to assess the effectiveness of teaching from the point of view of teachers and pupils through quantitative research. The research will be conducted through a questionnaire distributed into two groups, the first group will be teachers and the second group will be students. The questionnaire contains twelve closed parametric questions asking the same question focused on the given group for the possibility of comparing the opinions of both groups. A total of twenty-seven teachers out of thirty-five participated in filling out the questionnaire from the entire teaching staff, not including the author of this work. The rest of the teaching staff could not fill in the questionnaires either for health reasons, or because their teaching takes place outside the school and they are difficult to reach, such as physical education...

USB-microscope in chemistry and geology - a toy for geeks or a teaching aid?

Microscopes are often used in school environments to give students insight into the microworld, whether (especially) to observe small objects in biology, but also in chemistry or geology. A stereoscopic microscope, in other words a binocular, is usually used to observe opaque objects. These devices make it possible to examine larger, opaque and three-dimensional samples. In recent decades, the so-called USB-microscope has appeared on the market and in technical fields, which could be an alternative to binoculars due to its properties such as durability and small device dimensions. However, these devices are not widely used in teaching yet, but the question is whether their use would not cause difficulties or be less illustrative for teaching, eg due to the limited field of view of the USB-microscope compared to binolup. In this regard, the work deals with the observation of binoculars and USB-microscope in terms of motivation of students in working with the device and also tries to evaluate the user experience of students in working with these devices. Nursing care of a patient on the extracorporal membrane oxygenation

v anglickém jazyce The bachelor thesis describes a case of a young woman who was hospitalized in anesthesiology-resuscitation department and had been treated with the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part provides an anatomic-physiological introduction, analyzes the issue of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) its indications and contraindications, and describes pathological conditions that occurred to the young woman during hospitalization. In the practical part there is a case report of the young woman, her admission history, important milestones of hospitalization in anesthesiology- resuscitation department, main nursing problems that occur in nursing care of patients connected to the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. The next chapter refers to the patient's long-term care and how to help patients treated with ECMO. In the discussion I compare the nursing care of patients treated by the ECMO method in the General Teaching Hospital and the University Hospital in Plzeň. I also report the results of ECMO treatment on a global scale. Application of czech and foreign capital markets as a tool for corporate financing

The czech capital market is currently rarely used by the domestic enterprises for obtaining financial resources, although in the world this way of obtaining finance is common. There were regulatory changes in the czech capital market, but despite this partial liberalization, it has not increased interest of czech companies on issuing of shares or bonds. The focus of this dissertation is therefore a comparison of the conditions for corporate financing in countries with developed capital market and identifing any differences. The work also examines the evolution of corporate finance on the capital markets in different continents, influence the IPO on the financial health of the company and analyzes the impact of the amendment of the Act on Bonds.

Evaluation of the company Kordárna, a.s.

The work attempts to determine the value of company Kordárna, a.s. due to ongoing insolvency process. In the theoretical part there are described the methodological tools that are used in the valuation. They describe internal and external potential of the company. These methods are applied to the company in the practical part. In addition to determining the value of the company there is also assessed advantage of the reorganization, which allows the new insolvency law. The work shows that the reorganization causes higher proportional satisfaction of creditors than in the case of bankruptcy.
