Motivation of Employee in DPMB, a.s.

The subject of this diploma thesis is to identify the sources of motivation of employees of the company DPMB, Inc., and proposals to increase their effectiveness. The thesis focuses primarily on the practice of apprentices and their instructors, as in a key group from a future point of view. The research was conducted through a questionnaire and interviews. The results were compared with theory and consulted with management of the company. On the basis of the results, measures were proposed to eliminate, or at least minimize major found deficiencies.
Optimization of the Remuneration System to Increase Employee Motivation in a SelectedCompany

The master‘s thesis deals with optimizing of the reward system with a focus on the motivation of empoyees in the selected company. The introductory part concerns its theoretical background on the motivation and a reward system. The practical part contains evaluation of the current reward system. To get needed informations was used survey research of permanent employees and interview with employee. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the reward system with a focus on increasing employee motivation.

The theoretical part of the thesis outlines individual methods and forms of job interviewing process, their impacts, and possible solutions. The practical part of the thesis characterizes a company, its job interviewing process methods and other discrimination problems.

The topic of the master thesis is an analysis of the attitude of future graduates towards self-employment. The aim of the thesis is to find out, within the push-pull theory, which factors currently influence graduates in decision-making whether to be employed or to start their own business and whether their attitude has changed due to the situation in society associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. The research will be conducted by a questionnaire survey. The result of the thesis will be a comparison of motives for decision-making between employment and entrepreneurship before and during the pandemic crisis. Based on the research results, solutions for increasing motivation of future graduates to become entrepreneurs and suggestions for improving strategy of business support organizations to support entrepreneurship among graduates according to their needs will be proposed

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employees education in the field of tourism. Thanks to the questionnaire review, this bachelor thesis is able to analyze the current state of education in the researched area. In my work I used a questionnaire survey and created a SWOT analysis. In the analytical part based on the analysis I made proposals and economic evaluation, which lead to the improvement of services in tourism.

The theoretical part is dedicated to explanation of basic terms of this topic.In the practical part i tis focused on the concrete company mentioned above. It is analysed its methods of motivation and remuneration of employees. The aim of this diploma thesis is to detect actual motivational instruments of this company and examine its quality and utilization. The final part presents some suggestions in order to improve the actual processes that would lead to higher satisfatcion of the employees.

The diploma thesis focuses on the system of motivation and reward in selected society both from a theoretical and a practical point of view. The first and second chapters of the thesis are devoted to motivation and remuneration theory, basic concepts and historical development, while other practical chapters focus on the characteristics of the chosen enterprise, the analysis of the current benefit and motivation system, the survey of employee satisfaction through the questionnaire survey and the resultant proposal improved system.

This diploma thesis deals with the topis of the motivation and demotivation factors and associated high fluctuations in selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and own proposal. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the concepts of motivation, fluctuation, employee satisfaction and remuneration. Analytical part focuses first on the description of the selected company and its current incentive and compensation system. There is also an interpreted research on selected issues. The final part presents proposals for improving the current situation based on the results of research among current and former employees.
