Quality of services in a select fitness center

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of quality services in a select fitness center. In the theoretical section defines terms related to these issues as quality of service, process improvement, customer orientation. The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate the quality of services in selected fitness center, through the evaluation of customer satisfaction, and then propose possible options for improving the identified conditions. On this goal is focused the practical part. The methods of research were chosen observation, interview and questionnaire. Data obtained from this research were evaluated and suggested improvements.
"Pečeť jakosti" - Quality classification of used motor vehicles

This diploma thesis deals with quality brand issue focused on the used cars market -- "Pečeť jakosti". During the creation has been done analysis of this brand in order to take a closer look on it and on the range of it's effectiveness on the czech market. For this purpose has been used questionnaires on the customers'side and on the car sellers'side either. From this results has been afterwards concluded recommendations in order to raise awareness of "Pečeť jakosti". Also, for comparison, has been shortly dealt with used cars certification on a different than czech market.
The problems of the organic food in the Czech Republic

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the history of organic agriculture, organic agriculture in the world, in Europe and in the Czech Republic. In terms of the Czech Republic, it focuses on the development and the current state of organic agriculture, legislative background, supervision and certification, state subsidy and the labelling of organic food. The last chapter of the theoretical part answers questions: Why should people buy organic food, and why should they prefer local organic food to the imported one? It is also concerned with the distribution of organic food. In the practical part the main problems in terms of securing the sale of organic food in the Czech Republic are detected by the means of questionnaire examination. Two types of questionnaires were created for the purpose of the research. The first type is for organic producers and the second one for the sellers of organic food and healthy food products. At the end of this diploma thesis there is a summary of the recognized problems and the forshadowing of the future of organic agriculture in the Czech Republic.
Consumer protection during shopping via the internet

The aim of this study is to determine the disparity between the consumer and seller, which persists despite the fact that online shopping has developed activities. You need to know under what law the legislation on consumer has the right and thus the related obligation. The consumer is usually an individual who lacks sufficient information or the necessary resources or do not know where to find information. Some sellers abuses it and I would like to put a big emphasis on it in my work. Consumer protection is in highly advanced trading a very important part of the purchase. Buying over the Internet is a rapidly growing trend that will soon surpass the expectations of even the biggest optimists.
The quality of wheelchair from the consumer perspective

The purpose of the thesis is to assess the quality of a wheelchair. The theoretical part is concerned with the issues of quality and it analyze the legislation of technical products and medical devices. The practical part is focused on the product itself, the wheelchair, for which the Ishikawa diagram was created. An important part of this work is a survey of satisfaction amongst users of mechanical wheelchairs. The results of the survey were used as a basis for the proposals to improve the quality of the product.
Implementation of Quality management systém according to ISO 9001

This manual provides information about processes present in the company and also provides information on how are these processes managed and evaluated.
Appraisal of the relevance of Eco-entrepreneurial activity for sustainable development

The aim of this bachelor parer is to clarify the concept of sustainable development, organic farming, bioproducts and their mutual influence. Firstly there is described the concept of sustainable development and its strategy in the Czech Republic. Then the paper is focused on organic agriculture including reasons of its formation, development, kinds of function, principles, aims and legislation of that type of farming operation. Furthermore, the work introduce to us bioproducts and rules of marking of those products, the control and the certification system. There is also interpreted the current status of organic farming and organic food market of the Czech Republic in the paper. Finally, the work sais about findings of survey that is related to bioproducts.
The Quality of Service of the Czech Post and Possibilities of Its Improving.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a quality of postal services. The aim is to assess the quality of services provided by the public corporation Czech Post and its particular branch and propose possibilities of quality improvement. The introduction deals with an explanation of important terms like service and quality, it is followed by a description of approaches to quality management and information on postal services sector in the Czech Republic. After that, the Czech Post and its services are introduced. A questionnaire survey among Czech Post costumers, flow chart and Ishikawa diagram are used to reach the aim of the paper. In the final section, some possibilities of improvement are proposed to enhance the quality of the corporation's service.
Quality of fastfood services

This thesis is concerned with quality of fast food services. The theoretical part deals with the services and service quality issues. The theoretical part includes the Czech and European legislative regulation of food. Orders discuss about minimum requirements for safety of food, a good manufacturing and hygienic practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. Also there is presented the selected provider of fast food and its definition of critical points. The aim was to determine customer satisfaction with the services of selected foodservice. Certain hypotheses which were determined will be confirmed or refuted by the research. The practical part deals with analysis of customer satisfaction and will include an evaluation of this analysis.
The quality of spa services and possibilities of their improvement
