Lossless Video Compression

This thesis is about the lossless video compression using 3D prediction. At first is introduced the necessary theory about image data modification. This part serves to define important terms, which are needed to start the creative work itself. Then several variants of codec's structure proposals follow, as well as the choice of methods and description of expected characteristics. Here we can get the first idea how the codec works. Then there is a description of some implementation's details, which could give a detailed insight into the codec's inner architecture. In the last part of the work, the implemented codec is tested and its characteristics are compared to another lossless codecs. The result is that the own codec, using the 3D prediction, can defeat all other tested codecs with its compression ratio.

Ortography and lexis of a journey from Prague to Venice... Book of travels by Oldřich Prefát of Vlkanov

In dieser Diplomarbeit versuchte ich die Ortographie und das Vokabular der von Oldřich Prefát von Vlkanov verfassten Reisebeschreibung detailliert zu qualifizieren und dadurch das bisherige nur peripherische Interesse der Forscher ftir die sprachliche Form dieses Werkes zu überwinden. In der Einleitung handelte ich unter anderem die interessante Persönlichkeit dieses böhmisches Humanisten im allgemeinen ab. Seine exakte Neigung ist ebenfalls der Prinzip der g anzen Reisebeschreibung. A ußerdem schrieb i ch dort über seine Reise nach heiligem Land und über derzeitige Zustände in diesem Gebiet, weil die Kenntnis der sprachlichen und kulturellen Bedingungen in Palestina und der ganzen Mittelmeer-Region in der Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts der richtigen Auffassung von verschiedenen Niveaus des Vokabulars von diesem Text sehr gut dient. Das Erste von den zwei Hauptthemen ist die Ortographie in der e rsten A uflage der Reisebeschreibung aus dem Jahre 1563. Diese Ortographie spiegelt sich im wesentlichen auch in der dritte Auflage von der Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die kunstsinnige und dokumentarische Qualität der graphischen Form in der ersten Auflage liegt stellenweise sehr hoch. An der anderen Seite gibt es dort viele Druckfehler. Church politics of the Communist party and the state at Trutnov region during 1945-1960 and its impact on religious life of inhabitants

Tato práce si nečiní v žádném případě nárok na úplné vyčerpání daného tématu. Je třeba prozkoumat i následující období až do roku 1989. Zde je ovšem nutné čerpat zjiných pramenů, neboť jak jsem již uvedl, agenda církevního tajemníka je po roce 1960 zachovaná velmi torzovitě. Výhodou je, že je zde ve větší míře možné využít vzpomínky pamětníků. Výzkum tématu je žádoucí prohloubit také studiem písemností SÚC a Státní bezpečnosti. Zatímco existuje již řada významných studií k církevní politice na celostátní úrovni a začínají vznikat práce k jednotlivým regionům, postrádáme zatím jakýsi mezičlánek, tedy dějiny církevní politiky v rámci východních Čech. Až bude tato mezera zaplněna, budeme moci porovnáním s ostatními regiony lépe zodpovědět mnohé otazníky církevní politiky na Trutnovsku.

Church politics of the Communist Party and the State in the North-eastern Bohemia during 1945-1960

Jan Kafka: Religious Policy of the Communist Party and the State in North-East Bohemia in years 1948-1960 Zkrácená anotace v anglickém jazyce The presented thesis surveys the development and forms of religious policy of the state in the region of North-East Bohemia. The study analyzes the role of the individual state institutions and security forces, in particular it pays attention to the role of the Church Departments at the National Committees (i.e. the Secretaires of Church Affairs). The thesis also examines the response of individual churches to the state policy and describes the strategies and positions held by church leaders (eg. catholic bishop Mořic Pícha), priests, monks and nuns. We also study the influence of government policy on relations among individual churches.

Approaches to cultivating game performance in sport games at school physical education.

Title: Approaches to cultivation of game performance in sports games in school physical education education. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to compare ways of teaching sports games in physical education lessons at the second stage of primary school. In this comparison we will focus on the impact of these ways of teaching with respect to team gaming performance. Methods: In this work, we used video analysis, from which we derived quantitative and comparative analysis of qualitative findings. We compared the individual results on the basis of the method of teaching used in class. Results: From a comparison of groups undergoing technical and tactical approaches to teaching sports games, we found that groups undergoing tactical approaches to teaching improved more in team performance in goal sports games. The comparison of tests of playing skills and playing performance in primary school pupils

Title: The comparison of tests of playing skills and playing performance in primary school pupils Objectives: The aim of the thesis is the comparison of skill tests with the actual skills performance in individual matches of floorball, football and handball. Methods: The thesis is based on qualitative methods, where observation was used to obtain the results. The final points are obtained via the numeric scales which contain the verbal characteristics. Results: In the groups we found out that pupils who demonstrated competence in skill tests were better evaluated in the individual gaming performance than the pupils who did not prove their proficiency in the skill tests.
