The Role of the Constitutional Court in the Political System of the Czech Republic

The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic is incorporated in the system of the supreme state authorities and is responsible for the protection of constitutionalism. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the role of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in the political system of the Czech Republic on basis of delimitation of function thereof, and of basic relations to other state power bodies. The subject matter of the first part of the thesis is characteristics of the constitutional justice and the significance thereof in a democratic constitutional state. This interpretation also includes comparison of two principal models - a diffusion model, and a concentrated constitutional justice model. The basic idea of the thesis is to explore the characteristic position of the Constitutional Court between the law and the politics, it deals with political aspects of constitutional justice. The thesis is based on constitutional approach and aims to answer the question of how much the relation of the Constitutional Court towards the politics is determined by the system (institutionally, functionally). Effect of the housing technology on sow´s reproductive parameters

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to write a review focused on the reproductive parameters of sows, the influences affecting them and the description of the housing technologies for sows. Another part of the thesis was to analyze the reproductive parameters of sows bred in the original technology (1,186 litters) and sows bred in a new technology (2, 240 litters). New technology ensures a better animal welfare. Sows housed in the original technology had 0.07 more all born piglets (14.40 resp. 14.33 pieces). In the number of piglets born alive was noted the difference of 0.20 piglet (12.82, resp. 13.02 pcs), in the number of surviving piglets was the difference of 1.36 piglet (10.31, respectively. 11.67 pcs), always in favour for the new technology. Sows housed in the new technology gave birth to 0.27 less stillborn piglets compare to those bred in the original technology (1.58 resp. 1.31 pcs). Differences in the number of surviving piglets and the number of stillborn piglets were confirmed as statistically highly significant.

Child in foster care and it's birth family

Bachelor thesis "Child in the foster care and its birth family" deals with conditions which lead to realization a certain foster care and describes different types of understanding biological family of the child in the foster care. First part includes definitions of the most important terms that are incorporated in other parts of work. Second part of bachelor thesis describes steps that are necessary to accomplish the foster care in the Czech Republic. Work engages in procedures how to successfully become from an applicant of foster care to a foster career and a way of threatened child into a suitable foster family. Analysis of semi-structured interviews and analysis of documents are included in the third part. This part specifies major problems with contact of biological family and the child in the foster care. Birth family of the child in the foster care is perceived by foster careers and experts in two ways. Some experts and careers perceive birth family as a problematic and inappropriate part of the foster care. Some of them suppose relations between parents and child as an inseparable part of proper development of the child in the foster care. Legal regulation of the position of political parties in the CR

The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the position of political parties in the Czech Republic on basis of constitutional and special statutory legislative regulations. First the position of political parties in the Czech Republic as a democratic state (constitutional point- of-view) is analyzed, followed by wording focused on legislation of basic aspects of existence and activities of political parties (particularly from the viewpoint of the statutory regulation). When processing the theme the jurisprudence and historical development of the relevant legislation was considered. The thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them as a rule divided into subchapters. Chapter One describes the position of political parties in a democratic system of government, resulting from their relation to the state and the society. Individual subchapters deal with term and function definitions of political parties derived from the legal regulation and completed by corresponding jurisprudence of the Constitutional court. Globalization and tax competition

This thesis describes the globalization process in the industrialized world and the economic issues of globalization. Especially, the tax questions which are connected to the globalization - tax competition within corporate taxation mainly. This thesis deals with historical development of globalization and describes the changing view of society to the role of the state in the economy. Further, it aims its attention not only to the tax situation in the European Union, but also to domestic saving and domestic investment. Separately deals with the new member states. Moreover it examines the international taxation and also describes the corporate tax burden in the selected OECD countries. Předkládaná diplomová práce je dílčím po/ednáním o komorní tvorbě Bohuslava Martinů (1890-1959), o třech sonátách pro violoncello a klavír. Na počátku práce stqjí stav bádání zaměřef!Ý na 1!Ybrané téma, podle jehož rysledku je :;jištění absence jakéhokoliv dílčího po/ednání o violoncellové sonátové problematice. Odtuďpak pramení popud k průzkumu sonát a k napsání této práce. Centrálním bodem je analÝza sonát, které probírám po jednotlirych sloŽkách hudební struktury (forma, melodie, harmonie, rytmus) a pro lepší orientaci v textu slout! tabulky a notové příklacfy. V závěrečné kapitole charakteriztdi ryvo/ hudebního druhu sonáty pro violoncello a klavír se snahou utřídit sonátovou produkci v první polovině 20. století. Kromě jiŽ i!l1íněného důvodu vzniku práce mě ovlivnila okolnost ryze subjektivní, totiŽ že hudba Bohuslava Martinů mi je velmi blíZká Z hlediska posluchačského i interpretačního.

VAT in Health Care and its Influence on the Health Facilities in the Czech Republic

This bachelor's thesis describes the issues and characteristics of value added tax in relation to health care, which is one of the areas that, from the perspective of tax laws, raise a number of complex issues. The theoretical part contains a description of the principle of value added tax and the characteristics of the medical system. The practical part includes the analysis of the issue of VAT of a particular state health-care organization. The final part consists of the evaluation of the present situation, a suggestion for solution and the anticipated impact of potential changes related to tax reform.

Rozvoj morálního usuzování v ekonomickém vzdělávání

Popsaný výzkum se zabývá rozvojem morálního usuzování studentů obchodních akademií a jeho korelací s věkem a studovaným ročníkem. Zároveň ověřuje hypotézu, že u studentů obchodních akademií se objevuje existence tzv. ?segmentované morálky?, tj. studenti uvažují o morálních dilematech profesního (ekonomického) prostředí na jiné úrovni morálního usuzování než je tomu u morálních dilemat rodinného prostředí. Provedený výzkum se opírá o Kohlbergovu teorii šesti stupňů morálního usuzování. Má přispět k rozboru problematiky morálního usuzování a více se zaměřit na rozvoj morálního usuzování prostřednictvím odborného vzdělávání. Na základě ověření stanovených hypotéz jsou vymezeny přínosy pro odbornou pedagogickou činnost a jsou definovány předpoklady vyučujícího k výchově morálního intelektu. Jejich vymezení vyplývá z Kohlbergovy teorie rozvoje morálního usuzování a odvozených stupňů. K vytvoření kompletních kompetencí vyučujícího je nutné zajistit kromě pedagogické a odborné způsobilosti také způsobilost etickou.
