Negative Influences of Spindle Vibrations

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the vibration measuring of the spindle no.1 of the machine tool STRATOS. The vibrations have a fundamental impact both on the machining process and on the observance of a prescribed tolerance. This thesis also treats the accelerometers function principles, namely of the piezoelectric and piezoresistive ones. The aim of the research is to collect the data needed for the proposition of a suitable monitoring mechanism which will monitor the condition of the machining spindle. The thesis also includes a prototypal protocol about the measuring procedure, its achieved results, and graphs. The issue analysis is conceived to the effect that it is applicable for the realization of the monitoring mechanism which will be part of the process and will show the actual state and the condition of the spindle.
Business plan

The main objective of this diploma thesis is creating a business plan which is focused on expanding services of integration social enterprise and subsequently it evaluates the feasibility of the project. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of studying scholarly literature and comparing opinions of various authors. Afterwards, the terms of social enterprise and structure of business plan are defined and then every single part of business plan is theoretically described. In practical part, strategic situation analysis is made, which contains external analysis of macro and micro environment and an internal analysis of the company. There is also characterised existing company and its new business opportunity is described which is an establishment of new call centre. Practical part also contains SWOT analysis, marketing plan and two financial plans which show that the plan consisting of subsidy is more profitable. Economic evaluation of the project demonstrates high profitability from the sources which are invested to the implementation of the project. At the end of the practical section, potential risks of the project are evaluated and their measures are suggested. This business project should provide enough information for its actual implementation.
The Snuff music band marketing communications

This graduation thesis describes marketing communication of czech modern-rock band The Snuff, where author of the thesis is a member and composer of the band himself. At first, theoretical background in marketing is defined, especially significant attention is paid to latest trends in marketing communication including marketing communication on the internet and social networks. The practical part is focused on analysis of survey regarding buying habbits of the czech and polish fans of the band. Then pen and paper interview took place, which was done with czech and polish female fan of the band. Based on the findings, specific recommendations are proposed for The Snuff to improve their marketing activities. Also, The Snuffs most ambitious upcoming project called The Ultimate Price is analysed, whether is czech and polish fanbase interested in the project or not and also which direction should band take to finish the project successfully.
Ethics in advertising

This bachelor thesis deals with the ethical aspect of advertising. The aim of the thesis is to find out how are people affected by advertisement and what is their attitude towards unethical advertising. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts related to advertising and ethics, the types of media which are used and it also includes the concept of self-regulation advertising. The practical part processes questionnaire survey and the analysis is made in order to achieve the aim of the thesis.
Business plan

The aim of the dissertation works is the business project focused on the creation of a new company named Dior Ltd. The company is engaged in manufacturing wood pellets. In the introduction there are written legislative conditions for business in the Czech Republic, there is also explained method for creation of business project and characterized pellets as a kind of fuel. In the practical part they are systematically developed various parts of the business project of Dior Ltd. The financial analysis and the risk analysis is a part of business project. The results of these analyzes are derived specific conclusions and recommendations.
Marketing communication - product placement

This thesis is focused on the impact of product placement on preschool children. Furthermore, there are investigated public attitudes towards the use of product placement as widely as on television shows, as well as on a specially designated shows for children. The influence of product placement on children's audience was determined on the bases of excerpt from the film Lucky Four Serving the King, directed by Michal Žabka, using marketing methods by expert Martin Lindstrom. Moreover, there was investigated the public attitude towards this form of advertising by the online survey and also by the personal interview in premises of the nursery school. It was found, that the impact of product placement on children is relatively large and the product is towards them more memorable by this way of promotion. The results also showed, that the public thinks that promotion of the product is neutral. However, this does not affect placement in children's programs. According to the result of the public, it is believed, that advertising has nothing to do there. More detailed results are analyzed in own work.
Business plan for a selected company

Topic of my Bachelor thesis is creation of business project for selected company. The company is real and is called Bário s.r.o. The goal of this thesis is to analyze gathered data and then prepare business plan for this company. In first theoretical part are explained terms connected to entrepreneurship as well as methods of financial and situational analysis. In second part of this thesis are the theoretical methods, previously explained, applied to the business. Thanks to these methods is created SWOT analysis. Thanks to the SWOT analysis strategies can be prepared. These strategies are then consulted with the business management and as a result business plan is created.
Project Evaluation of the European U21 Championship 2015

This thesis is subdivided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The first part describes project management and its product that is a project. There are also described terms such as sport management, sport event and sport manager. In the second (practical) part, the benefits of European U21 Championship 2015 are summarized in two aspects, the economical and non-economic aspects. This part also contains interview with the tournament director Petr Fousek. According to this interview and the UEFA Bid Requirements publication, the bidding process is explained in the second part. The mail goal of the practical part is to evaluate the benefits of this event and to suggest improvements to a similar project.
Applying of marketing tools in chosen firm

The aim of the bachelor thesis is design of preferable marketing mix of Maxicom. A progressive aim is detection of macro environment, micro environment and actually condition of marketing mix. Next step is a detection of customers satisfaction. The satisfaction is detected by questionnaire and then its designed preferable combination of marketing tools. This way should get a new customers and more gain. The biggest lacks were determined in promotion, physical evidence and processes. At a very good level has been set price strategy and placement. For better condition of marketing mix were recommended for example to establish Facebook, to issue a magazine, better processes or information boards.
Selected company marketing communication assessment

Diploma thesis is focused on assessment of Kaktus the T-Mobile Czech Republic brand marketing communication. The company provides telecommunication services and the brand is targeted at specific group. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, there is described theoretical basis emerging from study of literature, as there are determined basic terms like marketing mix, marketing of services, marketing communication, marketing communication toolkit, social media communication, psychological impacts of advertising and marketing research. The practical part presents T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., describes its marketing mix, its most important competition and the degree of risk they stand for. The core part involves delineation and evaluation of currently applied methods of marketing communication that were developed after interview with brand marketing communication specialist and providing with internal data. The following part contains evaluation of questionnaire research that was realized among members of the target group in order to find out the way they perceive the brand marketing communication. It also contains evaluation of analysis of existing and potential impacts on the brand that was developed on the basis of internal data. These results are basis for the suggestion of marketing communication extensions heading to expansit of brand awareness and number of customers without being inconsistent with the brand ideology.
