Bachelors thesis is dedicated to the marketing strategy of the golf resort at Černý Most. Based on the SWOT analysis methods, STEP analysis, competitive analysis and in- depth interview work brings an analysis of the external and internal environment of the department. The benefit of my thesis are recommendations to improve the golf complex marketing strategy in a competitive environment.
Competencies of a lecturer using activation methods in adult education

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the definition of lecturers' competences in adult education that uses a participative style of teaching. The current state of professionalization of lecturers in the Czech Republic will be explored alongside the definition of lecturer using activation methods in adult education and lecturer's competences within this thesis. The basic description of the commonly used activation teaching methods and the high teaching requirements of these methods will also be illustrated. Finally, this thesis introduces the competence model using the activation methods in adult education with a possible schema of the model usage in the real world. Title: Physical and leisure activities for seniors in Prague 6 Objectives: The aim of the master thesis is mapping programs in leisure and outdoor exercise options for seniors in Prague 6 and then suggest their improvements. Methods: Case study, personal interview, content analysis, analysis of primary and secondary data. Results: Analysis of physical and leisure activities for seniors in Prague 6 showed the wide range of programs for seniors. Barrier and motivation of older people in the use of this offer has been especially their health. Based on the information were designed measures for the city of Prague 6. Problems of alcoholism in relation to working life

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of alcoholism in relation to working life. First, the attention is paid to alcoholism itself in terms of its conception, process and an individual who suffers from it. Then the thesis focuses on three possible causes of alcoholism associated with working life, which are stress, tolerant environment to alcohol consumption and unemployment. The attention is also aimed at high-risk professions of hospitality workers, laborers, medics and artists; it also deals with the impact of alcoholism on job performances of both an alcoholic and his colleagues. The thesis is also concerned with the problem of alcohol in the workplace in terms of the Labour Code and the employer sanctions. This topic is illustrated by a specific example of an employer procedure in addressing problems with alcohol in the workplace. Besides, the thesis addresses the issue of alcoholism prevention in connection with working life. In the end, the theoretical findings are illustrated by an alcoholic's work experiences as well as with the perspective of an individual who was in a close working contact with an alcoholic.
Process of Recruitment and its Relation to the Perception of the Organization by Graduate Candidates

The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. Development of soft skills trainers competencies: creating educational concepts

This thesis is devoted to the theme of the development of competencies of soft skills trainers. A special attention has been paid to the various roles that a trainer has when performing his/her job and the related competencies that are essential for high-quality mastering of this profession. The focal points are the possibilities of development of trainers' teaching competence within formal and informal education that a trainer has during preparatory as well as further education of trainers with special emphasis on the methods that can be employed to achieve this education. The empiric part of this thesis maps the ways of acquiring trainer's competencies as they occur in practice, their connection with further professional development. At the same time it verifies the suitability of the methods that are used to develop competencies. Based on the analysis of information provided by the respondents and study of relevant literature, a methodological concept of education of a trainer has been developed.
Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties

5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers. This work is focused on the possibilities of linking methods of coaching and physical therapy in the field of psychological personal development. The author explains the concepts related to coaching and physical therapy and introduces to the reader the current situation in these two interconnected fields. The aim of this work is to find out if and how to use the coaching techniques in physical therapy. The rate of utilization of these techniques is verified by a qualitative survey. Continuous Education of Local Government Officials

The bachelor thesis aims to analyze the field of education of local government officials in the Czech Republic. First, attention is paid to public administration, specifically state administration, and territorial self-government from a legal point of view. The work also focuses on further professional education of officials in territorial self-government, legislation concerning the education of officials of local governments and reflection on the topic of education of officials in national and transnational strategic documents. Furthermore, there is presented terminology associated with continuing vocational education and the current situation of adult education in continuing vocational education, namely the participation of adults in continuing vocational education and their approaches and attitudes to further education. Additionally, the structure of education within territorial self-governing units is approached, based on legislation. Further Education of Persons with Very Superior Intelligence

This thesis deals with further education of superior intelligent people. The thesis presents current perspectives on gifted education and focuses on the methods of further education suitable for gifted education. Furthermore, the thesis examines an interest education of gifted adults, including presentation organization Mensa which unites individuals with very superior intelligence. In the thesis, the general theoretical findings about intelligence are also presented, as well as the personality traits of the very superior intelligence persons and gifted people. Moreover, the thesis works with general findings about the further education. The thesis includes qualitative empirical research which is aimed at personal preferences of the adult members of Mensa Czech Republic for content, forms and methods of the further education. The research also explores the relation of these adults to education, their experience with further education and their demands on an educator.
