Personnel management system in selected organization

The aim of the thesis Personnel management system in selected organization is to analyse and evaluate the personnel system in an organization and suggest the possibilities of its improvement. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part seeks a brief and theoretical definition of terms relating to human resource management, such as the development and the essence of personnel management, the definition and aims of human resource management. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the processes of personnel management in a funded organization. In the end of the thesis is the evaluation and the recommendation for the improvement of selected personnel processes for an organization.

Kindergarden in comprehensive rehabilition system

This work deals with interconnection components of comprehensive rehabilitation system with an emphasis on the educational component in the Czech Republic. It focuses on individualized preschool education and education of children with mental retardion. The aim is compare what the teachers think about integrated rehabilitation and what the mothers think about it. The work is divided into two parts. The first one deals with theoretical finding and the second part is practical. Theoretical part is divided characteristic of integrated rehabilitation and describe problem of each part of in. Next section of theoretical part describe integration/inclusion and connected individual plan with it. The last part is deals with the children with mental retardation in kindergarden. Practical part is composed two types f interviews. The first part is made by parents of integrated childrens with mental retardion and the second part is made whit teachers from kindergardens who work with the integrated kids. By these interviews we want to know how much is used components of integrated rehabilitation and if the teachers make time for participate in activities in kindergarden.

Aromatic and medical plant in family garden

This bachelor thesis is focused on the options of using medicinal aromatic spice plants (MAPs) found in family, hobby gardens in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to describe possible issues encountered during their cultivation using existing literary sources.
First part of the thesis defines categories of researched plants, describes the history of MAPs and the reason why they were and still are being cultivated. Following chapter deals with choosing the right place for plant growth and with related characteristics such as soil quality, its treatment and light conditions. Next, a group of MAPs representatives are chosen in a way such that plants may be chosen among them for different garden environments, with different height, look and treatment requirements. Next chapter describes the options of using MAPs in a garden, be it mixed beds or newly created neighborhood in the form of a herb spiral or a gravel bed. It mentions the possibility of putting these elements into the concept of a thematic whole and achieving a three dimensional garden look through both ground plants and hanging containers.
The part of thesis dedicated to reproduction is closely related to cultivation, because lots of plants need to be regulated as they grow. Furthermore, it describes sexual and asexual strategies of reproduction. The overview of care during different seasons highlights the most common tasks to be done in those periods.
At the end of the thesis there are listed best practices of harvesting and processing herbs. Drying or freezing herbs has been getting more prominent, alongside the usual consumption in their fresh state. Herbs processed in that way may be used for brewing tea, as food spices, manufacturing cosmetic products and more. The variability of herbs is further proven by their use to create a homemade herb broth, which may in some cases fully substitute chemical fertilizers and other solutions.

Educational and Diagnostic Potentials of the Surroundings Cobwebs in Classes in Classes of Pupils at the Age 3rd and 4th Year of Elementary School

The Diploma Thesis presents the outcomes of the research based on solving the tasks of a mathematical surroundings Cobwebs by the pupils of the 3rd and the 4th classes of elementary school. The first chapter defines the surroundings from the mathematical point of view, the chapter two deals with the didactic application of Cobwebs. Interesting pieces of phenomenon occurred in the experiments and its roots are described in the following chapter as well as the results of a quantitative experiment. The last part of the thesis shows a course of the workshop at the conference Dva dny s didaktikou matematiky 2009 in Prague and describes the participants' comments to the surroundings of Cobweb tasks. The supplements include an elaboration of the experiments containing the protocol, evidence, comments, the cascade of the tasks and the video recording.
