Cílem diplomové práce Systém personálního řízení ve vybrané organizaci je analyzovat a zhodnotit personální systém v organizaci a navrhnout možnosti jeho zlepšení. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se snaží stručně a teoreticky definovat pojmy související s řízením lidských zdrojů, jako je vývoj a podstata personálního řízení, definice a cíle řízení lidských zdrojů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu procesů personálního řízení ve financované organizaci. V závěru práce je zhodnocení a doporučení pro zlepšení vybraných personálních procesů v organizaci. The aim of the thesis Personnel management system in selected organization is to analyse and evaluate the personnel system in an organization and suggest the possibilities of its improvement. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part seeks a brief and theoretical definition of terms relating to human resource management, such as the development and the essence of personnel management, the definition and aims of human resource management. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the processes of personnel management in a funded organization. In the end of the thesis is the evaluation and the recommendation for the improvement of selected personnel processes for an organization.
