Factors influencing the attitude towards marriage and parenthood

This thesis focuses on the factors that may affect the young people's attitudes towards marriage and parenthood. The theoretical part focuses on the developmental period of young adulthood in relation to marriage and parenthood, introduces demographic trends, alternative forms of marriage, parenthood and attitudes of the young generation to enter into marriage and start a family. The aim of the research study was by using the results of research to determine the factors that influenced attitudes towards marriage and parenthood among a selected group of respondents between the ages 20-35 years. To determine these effects was chosen qualitative research, method of semi-structured interview. Parenthood was planned by all participants of the research. However, the marriage wanted to join women in particular. Research has not shown the dominance of a single factor that could have a major impact on the attitudes of respondents. The most important factors were the partner's personality, family and peers. An important role was also played by finance, housing and study or employment. To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem

The assignment is to elaborate the architectural design of the new transfer terminal in Dvůr Králové. The terminal has to associate current bus lines and a new train line using the current siding. In the proposal I was primarily concerned with connecting the Terminal to the city with respect to the development area of the city. The shape of the building is based on urban planning. The building continues in the rails and turns into a street line. This creates a scattering surface towards the ground floor of Christmas decorations. The conveyor solution enables the pedestrians to move freely through the platform without crossing the means of transport, facilitating movements of the body and the visually impaired. The stops are located in the immediate vicinity and a direct bus-train-public transport will be created. The aim of the project is to design a node of all movements - pedestrians, cyclists, trains and buses. The proposal builds on all important directions and considers the creation of a city ring from the terminal, the city center and the zoo.

Multicultural aspects at teachers work

In addition, the survey provides a certain historical context related to the education of minorities in the Czech Republic before 1989, and describes the current situation in the area of multicultural education in our country. It examines how teachers should be equipped to deal with situations linked to multicultural education and what teaching methods teachers use to motivate pupils. In the practical part, it shows examples of several lessons in which teachers work with broad topics of multicultural education. It also contains an overview of several case studies based on experience. The work should contribute to a greater discussion of the subject. Praha: Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague, 2012. 60 p. Thesis. The probably most populated Czech community in the world lives in Argentina. The relation of community members survived several ten years of political unconvenient atmosphere in making each other bindings. After come back of an old and new homeland to the democracy, the Czech spirit came alive again in Argentina. The life of compatriot community is becoming more and more varied and is powered by specific relation especially of elder community members to their memories about their childhood formed by national identity of their ancestors and their mother tongue. The community is trying to continue in active and well working associonational activity which started already more than 60 years ago. The Czech government supports these initiatives within considering of national culture heritage, besides other things delegating of a teacher of Czech language. eTwinning - from the Partnership to the Community for Schools in Europe

The diploma thesis focuses on a European activity eTwinning and its implementation within the system of education. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the activity and its main principles, as well as its goals and management. The emphasis is also put on its position within the conception of lifelong learning. The thesis presents the development of the activity since its lunch in 2005 until now, describes its original direction to be followed at the beginning as well as the gradual changes that happened during its further implementation. The practical part defines the main internet tools offered by eTwinning to its users and describes those in detail. In the last part, three eTwinning projects are presented as good practice examples from the Czech Republic. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to present the European activity in as broad context as possible and from different points of view. All the data used are based on relevant literature and other sources.

Evaluation of learning outcomes in multicultural education at primary schools

This thesis deals with the evaluation of educational outcomes in multicultural education in elementary schools. The theoretical part of this thesis in its content focuses on the characteristics of multiculturalism, development and characteristics of multicultural education in the Czech republic and abroad. Also characterizes the possible variables that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of cross-cutting theme of multicultural education into the school curriculum. The last theoretical chapter presents possible methods for evaluating learning outcomes in multicultural education. Practical part is directed to the preparation of evaluation tools designed to streamline the implementation of inclusive characteristics of multicultural education in schools, and the possibility to verify the development of multicultural competencies of teachers and pupils.

Sex education in Primary school

My work deals with the current state of sex education at Czech elementary schools based on the literature dealing with this issue. The second part is devoted to the results of questionnaire research on sex education on a sample of elementary schools from five regions of the CR and concerning school staff views on this issue. Overall, the work focuses on this issue in the context of the ministerial handbook "Sex education - selected topics" that should have been distributed to all primary schools in the country and whose controversial content caused media interest in the presented issue.

Vietnamese children at Czech schools

The bachelor work is focused on the topic of Vietnam children at the Czech education system. The first part of this work tries to mention cultural-historical background of the Vietnamese coming to the Czech Republic. It is concerning on the differences of the interethnical communication too. Second part of the work deals with the most important problems associated with the education of the Vietnam pupils and students and possibilities of their solution. This part also shows positives of the school as a factor of integration.

Financial analysis of company BEL Sýry Česko a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial health of company BEL Sýry Česko a.s. in years 2005 -- 2009. To assess the health of the company were used balance sheet rules, ratios of profitability, liquidity, activity and leverage. Also index IN05 and economic value added indicator were used. These individual parts of the financial analysis are at first presented in the methodological part of the thesis and then clearly applied in the practical part. The concluding part is summary of the knowledge obtained from the practical part.
