Design of permanent magnet synchronous motors
Bureš, Petr ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
Given today’s trend with environment being very important, there has been an ongoing attempt in the rotating machine industry to create machines with highest efficiency possible. And so, permanent magnet synchronous machines represent types of machine with very high efficiency and are gradually replacing other machines in many applications. This work deals with familiarization of the properties of permanent magnet synchronous motor as well as typical design choices. The main focus of this work is the design of permanent magnet EC motor and following comparison of results obtained from analytical design and analysis in the RMxprt program. Finally, the results of design methods are compared.
Analysis and Structure Recommendations for E-commerce Site Optimization
Bureš, Petr ; Hudák, Michal (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on analysis of optimization of e-commerce website. The aim of this work is to outline the optimization solutions from different point of views including online marketing, information architecture, web analytics and other weak points identified by the analysis. Several approaches of methodology will be used to support the analysis, such as data mining analysis of a shopping basket integrated within e-commerce website. The economic benefits of the final optimisation solutions will be assessed and the recommendations will be set out.
Valuation of residential houses in the insurance field.
Bureš, Petr ; Frýbortová, Jana (referee) ; Cupal, Martin (advisor)
Master´s thesis addresses the issue of valuation of residental houses in the insurance field. The aim is not only to describe how the houses are valued for insurance purposes, but also highlight the potential risks of insurance. The first section contains general issues of property valuation, basic concepts and most frequently used method. Further follow-up of the work is already fully focused on valuation methods in the insurance field, the description of most used method and other selected methods. The practical part contains the valuation of selected house by cost way method, through the itemized budget and according to unit prices. After the valuation is dealt accuracy and elaborateness of selected methods and assessed the risks that may result in property price misused to influence.
Technological stage of realization floors of annex administrative - production building in Kroměříž
Bureš, Petr ; Bravenec, Roman (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The bachelor thesis solves technological stage of realization floors of annex administrative production building in Kroměříž. In the main part of bachelor thesis there are technological regulations. There is described the realization bearing layer of wire reinforced concrete, electric underfloor heating, epoxy coating, ceramic tiles and PVC. The bachelor thesis also contains solving of the situation with wider relationships transport routes, the bill of quantities, construction site, time schedule, suggestion of machine composition, control and test plan, safety and health protection at work and itemizet budget.
The methodology for calculation small induction motor
Bureš, Petr ; Duroň, Jiří (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis addresses analysis of problematics concerning induction motors. The introduction is dedicated to description of basic principles of induction motor functions, describes individual construction components and also focuses on brief description of current regular design of those machines. The following section is dedicated to the design method and procedure for calculating, mainly focused on single phase induction motor with connected capacitor. The last section is focused on problematics concerning induction motor efficiency together with possible methods of loss reduction and efficiency improvement following the example of engine design.
The Calculation Of The Amount Of Material Injury Caused By The Forests In The Areas Of Implementation Of Water Management Structures
Bureš, Petr ; Čermák, Jan (referee) ; Vala,, Vlastimil (referee) ; Alexandr, Pavel (advisor)
Problem situations in damage to forests as a result of construction activities is the total of its quantification, because of not only to damage to the forest and the land intended for the performance of the function of the forest, but also to damage to the water feature of the forest. The emergence of the crop damage and forest grounds occurs at the same time damage to the management. Broken water conditions on the forest grounds, inter alia, that the environmental damage (or one of its components), are also material injury for the owner of the forest, because it directly affect the amount of the additional costs linked to its management in the forest. The existing decree MZe ČR no. 55/1999 Coll. on the method of calculating the amount of loss or damage caused to forests assesses only the injury or damage to the forest and the land intended for the performance of the functions of the forest, but does the forest and its other non-production function as a forest ecosystem. The damage (the material injury) on the water feature of the forest is not the above mentioned decree dealt with. Initially formulated the problem lies in finding the right way of solving how to objectively quantify the financial damage to the forest, inc. damage to the water feature of the forest and thus closer to the actual damage to the exaktnosti forest, resulting in direct connection with the location and the realisation of the buildings.
Construction technological project of construction works elementary school with superstructure and outbuilding
Bureš, Petr ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of construction works elementary school with superstructure and outbuilding. The project is designed to focus on major construction project, which is the superstructure. The diploma thesis contains time and financial plan, study of implementation of the main technological phases, project site equipment, draft machine assembly, itemized budget to rough construction and solution of occupational health and safety at work.
Remuneration of Workers, their Motivation and Stimulation
Bureš, Petr ; Hrochová, Petra (referee) ; Jakubcová, Marie (advisor)
The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.
Control Unit for Church Bell Electric Drive
Bureš, Petr ; Novák, Pavel (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with analysis induction motors. There are described their principle and methods of starting, the engine controls and the stop braking. In terms of this study it was determined the engine controls type for control unit for church bell electric drive design. In next part there is complete hardware and software design of control unit.
Genome size variation in microalgae and its evolutionary consequences
Čertnerová, Dora ; Škaloud, Pavel (advisor) ; Boenigk, Jens (referee) ; Bureš, Petr (referee)
Eukaryotic organisms exhibit tremendous variability in genome size with no apparent connection to their biological complexity. Although this variation is known to correlate with numerous phenotypic traits, its evolutionary consequences remain widely unknown. This particularly applies to microalgae, where the genome size estimation is often methodologically challenging. Yet, microalgae represent a promising model group to study genome size evolution owing to their lower body complexity, short generation time and large population sizes, the latter two allowing them to quickly respond to environmental challenges. The main aim of this thesis was to enhance our understanding of genome size variation in microalgae and its evolutionary consequences. To do so, together with my co-authors, I summarized the flow cytometry (FCM) protocols used for microalgae and microorganisms possessing small genomes and addressed their limitations resulting mainly from insufficient amounts of biomass, difficulties with nuclei extraction and prominent background noise due to presence of various pigments and secondary metabolites. Further, I provided best practice recommendations that include, among others, analysing young cultures, avoiding long-term cultivation, and testing different isolation buffers and nuclei isolation...
