Title: Coaching of Fitness Basketball Training in Adults Basketball Objectives: The aim of this work was to deal with literary research and to create a training guide to men's fitness training for basketball coaches. In this research I have worked with up-to-now experience which I have extended by translation of foreign literature and basic human physiology. Methods: Research and comparison from foreign and Czech literature which is is concerned with sports training in basketball. Results: The thesis is conceived as a comprehensive concept of a fitness training for adult basketball players. Because this study is supplemented by an knowledge from foreign sources and basic basketball preconditions, it may be used as a fitness training giude or an information source for basketball couches and trainers. Health aspects are introduced as a part of the study too. The fitness training, in a basketball environment, is characterised by a connection of a perfect technical performance and a high level of a speed and power requirements. It is very important to apply all exercises in an areal and temporal distress. Therefore, a basketball game has very high demands on a motor coordination, dexterity and a performance speed. Title: Girls physical activity on the second step of comprehensive school. Author's name: Lenka Hannsmannová Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Objectives: To measure physical activity of girl on secondary step of comprehensive school and to compare results with recommendations, to detect their physical and sport preferences via questionnaire and adjust School Education Plan accordingly, to obtain quantitative data from pedometer and qualitative data from questionnaire. Methods: Girls physical activity was measured by pedometer Omron. Obtained data was downloaded to PC and further processed with Omron Health Management Software. The questionnaire was created to detect girls' physical and sport preferences. Results: By pedometer physical activity monitoring was total amount of steps obtained for individual classes, average amount of steps for each girl, girls classification according to daily average amount of steps, total aerobic walking time, daily aerobic activity average time and these results were compared with health recommendations. Lifestyle diabetic 2nd type Aims: The aim of this thesis is to outline alternatives how to improve medical condition of patients who suffer from diabetes mellitus 2nd type by non- pharmacological treatment. Another target is to create and application an intervention exercise program. It is also necessary to evaluate measured physical parameters plus to compare results before the beginning and after the termination of the intervention. Last but not least is important suggestion of recommendations for the future therapy of patients with NIDDM. Methods: In this work, there are stated contemporary information of relationship between physical activity and diabetes of the second type of a patient. Literature research was used to get this knowledge. Based on these facts and available options, the experiment related to training program was designed. This observation takes 20 weeks. Results: The controlled diabetic patient underwent the intervention program without significant complications and in full extent. I will focus on the description of the knee and then the anterior cruciate ligament surgery itself. Emphasize the most common causes of damage to the structures and opportunities for redress. The next section will show the possibility of exercise before and after surgery and try to compare different approaches to physical activity after surgery. Title: Possibilities of influencing overweight and fitness in volleyball players. Objective: To determine whether women playing volleyball competitively, overweight and lack of physical prowess, will be fundamental changes in body weight and physical fitness ment based on the intervention program, which consisted of dietary modifications and exercise aimed at increasing physical fitness. Method: For the study were selected twelve women who competed pays the third highest league in volleyball. These women suffer from mild overweight and poor fitness levels. The women are aged between 19-29 years. The probands were selected on the basis of observation and subjective evaluation. This study should demonstrate that the probands if they focus more on activities promoting physical fitness and acquire new habits in the diet, there is a positive change in the body and there will be a success and satisfaction on the playing field and in personal life. Selected individuals were asked questions about their health, leisure activities and tracks the weekly menu. Topic: Paleo Diet Objectives: The aim of bachelor thesis is to study available literature about Paleo Diet and evaluated it. Then determine whether there is awareness of Paleo Diet in Czech republic. In addition, find out whether there is any experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet and whether Paleo Diet coul be applied in our environment. Methods: As a source of information served a survey. The research group consists of respondents who should have any experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet. The results are presented by using frequency tables and charts using the functions in Excel or data analysis at www.survio.cz. Results: Some people in Czech republic have experience in dieting according to Paleo Diet and i tis positively evaluated. This was find out because of knowlegde from literature and information got from survey. Also physical aktivity has a important role and place in life style according to Paleo Diet. The applicability of Paleo Diet should not be a problém in our environment, all food stuff is available. Though Paleo Diet is not without controversy. Title: Possibilities, how patients NIDDM can use physical activities Leader: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, Csc. Aim: The intend of this work, based on the study of literature, is to explain key words, which are connected with diabetes mellitus and difference between first and second type The main aim is to evaluate influence of physical activities for patients with NIDDM and draw an analogy how a diabetic can improve your heath doing physical exercises Methods: Study of literature and other sources (internet, lectures) on the chosen topic. Method for assessing the effect of exercise and its accuracy, I chose four characteristic points for motion training: a form of exercise, intensity of exercise, type of exercise and duration of exercise, known by the acronym F.I.T.T. These points are evaluated individually due to the patient with the disease diabetes mellitus II. Results: From this work shows that regular physical activity leads to losing some weight, lowering blood glucose and blood pressure, improving well-being and so it reduces the risk of associated diseases. It must be the principles of F.I.T.T., individualized for each patient. Title: Weight modification through workout plans Aim: To determine how active lifestyle affects weight, fitness, physiological parameters (percentage of body fat, body water percentage, blood pressure) of individuals of different age and sex groups with no previous sports experience Method: The study will be carried out on healthy individuals, in four major age groups (20 - 35, 36 - 50, 51 - 65, 66 - 80). Both male and female individuals shall be monitored. All of them shall take part in a two-month work out plan, which will include both physical fitness training and muscle imbalance correction, as well as active and passive rest, while living a healthy lifestyle. Results: The result is a list of workout plans and their subsequent evaluation. Whether condition improved, weight and fitness. Conclusion: The success of intervention depends on the cooperation, time availability, but especially on the actual realization of the suggested work out plans. Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players

Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players.
