Strategy of Czech retail chains competing with foreign competitors

This master´s thesis deals with a problematic of situation on the czech market with consumer´s goods. Especially position of the czech retail chain called Konzum Ústí nad Orlicí, which belong to Association of czech and moravian retail chains. In the thesis I analyse present situation on the czech market with the goods and occupy with future trends. Its consider on the business policy of Konzum, their success and effect. I concentrate myself on the results, which are realized by research made by copany Incoma, to improve the situation and position of the Konzum and Association of czech and moravian retail chains in the keen competition on the czech market because of the foreign retail chains.

Teachers' Occupational Health from a Gender Perspective

This master's thesis focuses on occupational health among Czech teachers, providing a gender perspective on this topic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze central themes related to occupational health which are specific for the teaching profession as well as to identify potential role of gender in teachers' occupational health. The theoretical part of the thesis describes key components of occupational health in relation to the teaching profession. Specifically, the attention is paid to job satisfaction and work engagement which represent positive aspects of occupational health. Next, job stress and burnout which represent negative aspects of occupational health are defined. These concepts are first discussed on a general level in the context of occupational health psychology research and then specifically in the context of the teaching profession. In the next chapter of the thesis, the concept of gender is defined, and research findings concerning gender differences and inequalities in the teaching profession and teachers' occupational health are presented. The empirical part of the thesis used qualitative research design. Children's asthma bronchiale

Title ofthe work: Children's asthma bronchiale Purpose ofthe work To verify, experimentally, the in:fluence ofthe exercise treatment and ball facilitation with the peak flow values measured by the peak-flow metre upon children with asthma bronchiale. To verify, clinically, the influence ofthe exercise treatment upon the gait of children with asthma bronchiale. Evaluation ofthe e:ffect ofthe exercise treatment will be verified by the Klein and Thomas method modified by Mayer. Themethod The work is carried out on the basis ofa case study; what is studied is the interaction ofeach individua! with the proposed program. This progrom should have a positive impact on the state oftheir health. The thesis consists oftwo parts: theoretical and practical. The fonner is based on an earlier survey, which was elaborated in the bachelor thesis and has recently been extended with further theoretical knowledge. The practical part was extended with the observation method which is based on the observed values ofthe peak flow and with the number ofthe studied individuals. Physical Activity for People with Total Endoprosthesis of the Hip Joint.

Název: POHYBOVÁ AKTIVITA U TOTÁLNÍ ENDOPROTÉZY KYČELNÍHO KLOUBU FYZICAL ACTIVITY AT TOTAL ENDOPROSTHESIS OF THE HIP JOINT Cíle práce: Mezi cíle této diplomové práce patří mimo jiné teoretické vymezení jednotlivých pojmů v oblasti anatomie a fyziologie kyčelního kloubu, indikace k totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, druhy endoprotéz, cílená pooperační péče, pohybová aktivita po zákroku. Součástí práce je praktická případová studie, jejímž záměrem je zmapování vybraného vzorku populace s touto diagnózou. Metoda: K mapování vzorku populace s diagnózou totální endoprotézy kyčelru'ho kloubu byla použita anketa ( nestandartní dotazník). Na základě této ankety byl vyhotoven grafický přehled o indikaci, věku, použití kompenzačních pomůcek atd.. Dotazovaní jedinci obdrželi sestavenou anketu, jejíž součástí byli přesné instrukce k vyplnění. Výsledky: Ve výsledku bylo zjištěno, že rehabilitace kyčelního kloubu byla úspěšná. Toto potvrzují i naměřené údaje o rozsahu pohybu v kloubu a o změně svalové síly. Anketa prokázala vysokou informovanost klienta s předoperačním a pooperačním průběhem rehabilitace. Through the Profane Desire to the Desire for Eternity

Hana Benešová Skrze touhy profánní k touze po věčnosti. Abstrakt V sekulární společnosti není touha po Bohu častým tématem reflexe. Avšak právě ona vede k lidskému naplnění a integritě. Tato práce zkoumá touhu po Bohu skrze poznání profánních tužeb a jejich nedostatečnosti. Prostřednictvím tohoto poznání je jim dáno správné místo v Augustinově konceptu řádu lásky (ordo amoris). Příkladem tohoto procesu transformace tužeb jsou také Augustinovy reflexe nad ztrátou jeho milovaných příbuzných a přátel prizmatem věčnosti a poznání, že v Bohu není nikdo ztracen. Pro upřesnění a pochopení průběhu přeměny vnímání tužeb je použita fenomenologická metoda. Podrobně je popsán pohyb a odstup jakožto důležité součásti percepční změny. Rovněž je zkoumáno téma ženské spirituality v kontextu touhy. Práce se proto zaměřuje na snahu ženy osvobodit se od toho, co je dočasné, aby se otevřela bezpodmínečné lásce a sama takovou láskou milovala. Objevování touhy po Bohu prostřednictvím uvědomování si pomíjivosti profánních tužeb a jejich neschopnosti uspokojit nepokojné srdce může být důležitým úkolem pro další bádání v oblasti spirituální teologie.

Bauhaus and politics

This bachelor thesis examines an interwar period in Germany, so-called the Weimar republic. This thesis aims to clarify circumstances, which entitled to the end of one of the most influential art schools - Bauhaus. Interwar Germany was a state where the political clash was almost the order of the day. The reason was the disability to settle on the arrangement of the new state. During that time, the coalitions were unstable, economic problems arose, and the war failure disillusioned people. The skepticism about the republic in-between the citizens increased, and they started to support extremists. On the other hand, the revolution in the art sphere began. German avant-garde arose. The school arose and also died out at the same time as the republic did. This fact creates a perfect case to describe the political atmosphere during that period. The thesis is divided into three parts - the phases of the republic development, which are almost the same as in Bauhaus. The stages of Bauhaus development are a combination of internal and external factors. Analysis of these factors would be the main point of this thesis. The political background of Bauhaus issues showed us that politics and art are closer to each other than we could thing.

A health physical education as a part of prevention and a therapy of chronic low back pain

A title: A health psysical education as a part ofprevention and a therapy ofchronic low backpain. An focus of the diploma thesis: The main focus of the diploma thesis was found if is it possible with help of health physical education with specialization of activation of deep stabilising muscles of lumbar spine and pelvic muscles on chronic low back pain. A method: To acquaintance with clinic and treatment of chronic low back pain I examined 20 persons (in average age 34 years). For survey about every of patient I created a sheet, which occupies with the most important points of investigations thoracolumbar part, lumbar spine, sacroiliacal joint, a part of a pelvic and hip joints. As a subjective method I took a subjective survey of patient and an examination of deep stabilising muscles. As a objective method I took measurement Thomayer and Schober distances. Results: Regular activation of deep stabilising muscles calm down troubeles in the area of lumbar shoulder and it reduced level oftension of throat museles. Regular activation of deep stabilising muscles of lumbar spine and pelvic muscles arranges a menstruation in sense ofreduction pains and intensity ofbleeding.
