The family house with a construction office

The object of the dissertation is a family house with a construction office, standalone, without cellaring, it is the two-floor family house and the single-storey construction office. A construction system is the wall one. The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. at 1. 1. 2012 for its sale. The thesis is divided into theoretical and pratical part. Theoretical part describes processes and methods used in valuation of the firm. Practical part contains strategic and financial analysis, value drivers part, financial plan and final valuation. The value of the firm is determined by method of discounted cash flows, as a complemetary method is used the method of discounted economic value.

The internet usage for marketing of small firms

My diploma thesis addresses the usage of the internet for marketing of small-scale enterprises in our surroundings. My goal is to analyse the internet environment and the possibilities of its use for marketing purposes. The analysis of internet utilities is also included. There is one case study of small-scale enterprise with appropriate conclusions in the final part of my diploma thesis. My thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part I created theoretical footholds for my thesis and I described the dilemma of the internet marketing with the use of propriate specialized literature and internet sources. I describe small-scale enterprises and it's role in our economy. This parts also includes the development of the Internet in the whole world and in the Czech republic and I want to make the acquaintance of internet as a marketing tool. The second part, the practical one, covers specific possibilities of the usage of the internet for marketing of small-scale enterprises. This part contains their characteristics and their advantages and drawbacks in different surroundings. The most important point of the second part is the case study of the shopping portal Zoot.

Optoelectronic pressure sensor with Si.sub.3./sub.N.sub.4./sub. diaphragm

Sensitive pressure sensor with nitride membrane and optoelectronic read-out system is described. Measured pressure is transformed into the deformation of a thick layer nitride membrane. Nitride membrane creates a mirror for laser beam and moves with reflected laser mark. Its position is sensed via a position sensing device - photo lateral diode. Diode double current signal is amplified and conditioned digitally by ADuC 812 microcomputer. This one chip provides an IEEE 1451.2 interface.

Práce je zaměřena na to, co všechno musí budoucí podnikatel zvážit a na co se zaměřit, pokud se rozhodne si založit podnik. Jsou zde také popsány různé programy garantované státem a evropskou unií, které podnikatelům napomáhájí v jejich činnosti, především v získávání finančních prostředků pro podnikání.
