The project objective is to propose air conditioning equipment to achieve optimum internal microclimate of the object. The proposed system of warm-air heating and air conditioning is equal-pressure. The system is complemented by a proposal circulating fan coil units.

The aim of the final thesis is design of boarding house and horse stables. The boarding house has two floors, partial basement and exploited attic. The building is designed as rectangle and will serve as support area for guests´accommodation. The building has saddle roof. The main material of vertical and horizontal structures is cast-in-place concrete using formwok VELOX. The second building is horse stables. The building has two floors, partial basement and partial exploited attic for storing fodder. The L-shaped building will serve as stable for eleven horses, storage of fodder and garage for agricultural equipment. The building has saddle roof with truss girders. The main material of vertical and horizontal structures is cast-in-place concrete using formwok VELOX. These buildings are designed on slightly sloping terrain from east to west.

Detached family house, Vepříkov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of a new detached house which is situated in the cadaster unit of the town of Vepříkov. The building is a two-floor detached house with a detached garage and no cellar, designed for a four-member family. The perimeter constructions consist of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix and are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs dennert. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with exposed rafters of 5° slope. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.

This work deals with the design of an optimal financing strategy for the future development of the company iMarket Wholesale s.r.o. in the context of choosing specific sources of financing. The work deals with the theory of the company itself and its financing, further analyzes the current state of the company. It follows a strategic plan for the future development of the company. The output of the work is a proposal for financing the mentioned strategic development of the company.

Illusio and illusion: Genealogy of morals The work is attempting to use the concept Illusio and its coerelate illusion, which form the core of Pierre Bourdieu's sociological conception of man is inspecting one essay at the time Nietzsche's analogical concepts. Illusio as central concept of theory is bundel of interconected concepts of society, body and value. Interpretation from the view of social conception of man implied in illusio uncovers Genealogy of morals as concieving animalistic man in opposition to violent deadening techniques of socialisation and shows follow-up utopic projects of dealing with abysmal thought. As Neitzsche's tought reveals inauspicious sociological conception of conditio humana mirroring his own abysmal thought. On one side is man entangled in a circle of symbolic violence and on the other socialy maimed animal, surprisingly both situations are in the end overcome by ways of separation from society. Once by creation of utopic social unit and second by harmonic integration of social achievements with animal core of man in spite of society.
