Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby rodinného domu, který se nachází v katastrálním území obce Vepříkov. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený rodinný dům se samostatně stojící garáží, který je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Obvodové konstrukce jsou tvořeny z vápenopískových tvárnic km beta sendwix, zateplené kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovná nosná konstrukce je tvořena železobetonovými dutinovými panely dennert. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou s viditelnými krokvemi se sklonem 5°. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of a new detached house which is situated in the cadaster unit of the town of Vepříkov. The building is a two-floor detached house with a detached garage and no cellar, designed for a four-member family. The perimeter constructions consist of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix and are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs dennert. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with exposed rafters of 5° slope. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.
