Futurama Theatre

It is a multi-storey detached cultural and dining building. The theatre is dimensioned for 615 seats and the restaurant is dimensioned for 150 dishes. The construction will be situated in the town Ostrava, namely in town part Ostrava-Poruba having 64 728 inhabitants. Build-up land area is 3819 m2 and capacity amounts to 60 676 m3, it has one underground and four above-ground levels. The building is covered by green flat roof.

Medium voltage substation automation using control system COM600 and standard IEC61850

This work deals with problematic of standard IEC61850, mainly with chapter IEC 61850-9-2 LE which is commonly known as Process bus communication. There are described advanced tools of the control system COM600 with detail description of their configuration in this work. It also deals with configuration of IEC 61850-9-2 LE with Relion family protection relays and its implementation to the control system COM600. The main aim of this work is focused on configuration of IEC 61850-9-2 standard with protection relays, configuration and detail description of COM600 advanced tools, description of Logic processor, further custom design and appliaction configuration global reset of Logic procesor in control system COM600.

The thesis analyzes the current situation of the company, examines the environmental factors acting on the company or individual processes within the enterprise. Through the goals and results of competitive advantage is leading the work to design a competitive strategy and its implementation over time.

Implementation of Statistical Functions Using HLS

The aim of this thesis was to design and implement selected statistical functions used in technical analysis. I focused on moving averages, Black-Schles model for calculating option prices and Indicator Delta. These functions are through HLS transformed into an appropriate description for programmable FPGA. During the transformation process, emphasis is on low latency and resource consumption. Created solutions demonstrate the potential of HLS. They show complexity of the technical analysis and hardware requirements. Achieved results show high accuracy in the simulations. Deviation from the reference value is approximately 6,615*10e-3. The results also indicate thet that reducing latency does not necessarily cause an increase in the consumption of resources on the chip.

Earth Faults Protections

The thesis deals with wattmetric and conductance principle of faulted feeder detection in medium voltage compensated distribution networks. These principles are analysed and tested with particular emphasis on high impedance earth faults. The first part of testing utilizes data about state of the system with earth fault, which was determined by designed static model of earth fault. The testing in the second part utilizes real records of high impedance earth faults. In both parts the wattmetric and conductance protections was presented on protective relays ABB REF 615, ABB REM 543 and Protection&Consulting RYo by means of unit OMICRON CMC 256plus. As a major result of performed tests are records of detection of particular earth faults. Based on these records it could be concluded, that functionality of protections is substantially dependent on magnitude of zero sequence voltage. Furthermore the wattmetric protections are dependent on fault resistance as well.

Demonstration task - Motor protection with MODBUS TCP

The purpose of this bachelor work is to design and implement the demostration panel for laboratory task in which asynchronous motor failures will be simulated. These will be evaluated using the intelligent electronic device REF615, which communicates via ModBus/TCP, and compared with the values of the motor protection E1 plus 193-EECB and the Power Flex 525 AC. Both devices communicate by Ethernet/IP. A part of the work is an analysis of functionality of used components including their configuration and description of communication protocols ModBus/TCP and Ethernet/IP.

Trends in stroke mortality in Czechia in the period 1995-2021

Stroke is one of the most common causes of death in Czechia. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse trends in stroke mortality between 1995 and 2021 using data from the Czech Statistical Office. Standardized mortality rates, age-specific mortality rates, simple proportion calculations and two-dimensional decomposition method were used for this purpose. The thesis describes a significant decrease in the overall intensity of stroke mortality and intensity by age groups, as well as notable impact of stroke on the increase in life expectancy at birth. Furthermore, the thesis examines changes in the position of stroke among other causes of death, including cardiovascular diseases. The regional differentiation of stroke mortality is also analysed, revealing significant internal variability within Czechia. Additionally, the mortality trends of two main stroke types, ischaemic and haemorrhagic, are briefly outlined. Analysis of differences between men and women is included throughout the whole thesis. Zhodnocení výsledků reprodukce dojnic holštýnského a českého strakatého skotu ve vybraných chovech

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of reproduction of dairy breeds of cattle, specifically Holstein and Czech pied cattle. The first part of the work includes a general acquaintance with breeds of Holstein cattle and Czech pied cattle, their basic characteristics and history. Another part of the work is focused on cattle reproduction. This chapter covers the main reproductive indicators, factors affecting reproduction and problems related to dairy reproduction. The following chapter deals with a detailed description of the estrous cycle of cows. The aim of the work is to evaluate the level of fertility and other selected indicators of dairy cow reproduction (especially insemination interval, service period, pregnancy after the first insemination, etc.) breeds Holstein cattle and Czech pied cattle in selected farms. Data from selected breeds were obtained from the database of the breeding organization for the breeding year 2020/2021. This data was then processed into tables and graphs and evaluated.
