Conception of a mobile splitter for wood with hydraulic drive
Změlík, Josef ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is in the first part to evaluate basic characteristics of materials used for splitting – mainly wood. In the next part of this thesis there is focus on the availability of splitting machines on the market. Evaluation of their design and characteristics of those machines, their advantages and disadvantages. In the last part of the work I propose a new design of a splitting machine and make a model in 3D modeler Autodesk Inventor Professional 2019. For the proposed frame and all the other components of the splitting machine it was necessary to know those basic parameters like: maximal size of the wood used for splitting, maximal splitting power and required hydraulic engine extension. The documentation used for the assembling the machine was made in 2D programme Autodesk AutoCAD 2018. To this bachelor thesis there is also attached a documentation on how to assemble the wood splitting machine, documentation of welded frame, pedestal and a hydraulic scheme. In the work there are also included strengths calculations of the main parts of the splitting machine, analytically and with simulations in a programme NX I-deas 6.1.

This thesis deals with design and implementation of collecting data from GPS device. The proposed solution provides storage of the current GPS information in NMEA standard, where each sentence of this standard are stored in XML le. Record performs GPS device based on Windows Mobile 6.1 system, which communicates with built-in module and the data are stored in XML format. Thus, stored data is interpreted using Interpret GPS data, which uses Google Maps to display information about the track.
Gene order in eukaryotic genomes: an analysis using sequence-based gene expression data
Representation theory of gentle algebras
Mlezivová, Anna ; Šťovíček, Jan (advisor) ; Chan, Aaron (referee)
The object of study of this thesis is a special class of quiver algebras called gentle algebras. To study modules over them, we can use a combinatorial or geometric view. Thanks to Theorem 6.1. in the article Chan and Demonet [2020], we can find the lattice of torsion classes of modules over gentle algebras using string combinatorics. In the thesis, we apply this theorem for a few examples. Especially we derive the lattice of torsion classes of Kronecker algebra, and we do the first steps for finding the lattice for Markov algebra. The emphasis is placed on understanding the relationship with the geometric view. 1
Phylogeography and genetic diversity of the populations of Gobius niger (Gobiiformes: Gobiidae)
Hradečný, Jakub ; Vukićová, Jasna (advisor) ; Perdices, Anabel (referee)
Gobies (Gobiiformes: Gobiidae) are the most speciose fish family and the most abundant fish group of the European seas. Yet, the population genetic diversity has been studied in only a few European goby species. Although the ocean is seemingly a continuous habitat, there are barriers to gene flow in marine environment in form of e.g. straits or marine currents. The black goby (Gobius niger) is a demersal marine fish with planktonic larvae, inhabiting the coastal waters of Europe, north Africa and the Mediterranean and Black Sea coast of the Middle East. The current work examined individuals from 28 localities across the distribution range of the species in order to study the population genetic diversity. The analyses of two mitochondrial markers (cytochrome b and D loop) revealed a complex structuring of the population and a pronounced intraspecific diversity (maximum uncorrected p-distance 6.1 %). The population is divided into four very diverse haplotype groups, with unexpected geographic pattern. While the population inhabiting the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea is generally genetically homogeneous, with all examined individuals bearing haplotypes belonging to a single haplotype group, the Mediterranean population is very complex, displaying a presence of four haplotype groups, some of which...
Faktory ovlivňující reprodukční ukazatele prasnic
CHOUTKOVÁ, Martina
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse individual reproductive indicators in selected breeding parameters (the number of all piglets born, live born piglets, and wean piglets, wean to insemination interval, a farrowing interval, the age at the first insemination and the percentage of gravid and farrowed sows after insemination). The results of the reproductive indicators, for an observed period of a time, are compared between farms and confronted with the results of other authors. From the researched subjects there were 29 867 births of sows and gilts, from June 2019 to July 2020, in which an average were born 15.1 piglets out of which 13.8 were live born and 11.8 were weaned. The average wean to insemination interval was 6.1 days, and the average farrowing interval was 150.8 days. The gilts were inseminated approximately at the age of 265 days. 93,1 % of all inseminations ended in gravidity.
Assessing the effect of the structural design on the value of the structure within its life cycle
Hrdlička, Tomáš ; Korytárová, Jana (referee) ; Schneiderová Heralová, Renáta (referee) ; Cupal, Martin (advisor)
The dissertation focuses on a much-discussed topic in the field of construction of houses and the choice of material base of houses. The research is motivated by the fundamental question of whether wood-based houses (wooden buildings) are cheaper or more expensive than brick-based houses. The two most frequently used material bases are therefore subjected to a series of analyzes, both in terms of acquisition and investment costs, respectively, and in terms of life cycle costs focused to structures. At the same time, attention is paid to other pricesetting factors that significantly affect the investment costs of houses. Based on the analysis of a database containing 1.520 houses, the material base appears to be a variable that has a very small effect on the costs, and this difference can often be overshadowed by other variables such as the size of the family house, the amount of floors, heating, etc. At the same time, the work verifies the relevance of commonly used methods of cost valuation of houses (price indicators, cost method according to the price regulation 441/2013 Coll., as amended) in comparison with investment costs determined on the basis of market data. There was found high deviation. The analysis of selected phases of the life cycle of family houses points to higher costs associated with structures during the entire life cycle of wooden buildings. Specifically, the difference is on average 6.1 %.
