CANON IXUS 500 Digital Cameras Simulator and Trainer
Šulc, Martin ; Drozdová, Martina (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with Canon IXUS 500 camera simulation, its basic functions, 3D model of camera plotting and detail help. The main goal of simulation of the trainer is the support of education process at the university of the third age, but also it is a tool allowing testing the camera without buying it before.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of Company and Proposals to its Improvement
Šulc, Michal ; Lisický, Adam (referee) ; Hornungová, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is based on the financial situation of OK PYRUS, s.r.o. in 2015-2019 for supporting methods of financial analysis. In theoretical studies, there are several relevant analyzes of financial analysis, which are based on analytical studies. Analytics has a fixed number of overheads and no charts. This practice is based on the fact that it is a very promising and successful solution, as it is a real estate agent, because it is a real-time application of prostitution in the field of financial support.
Program for inovation of the SORT control system
Šulc, Martin ; Kváš, Marek (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The analysis for the extension of the control system and proposal of controlling program for surveillance cameras and related theoretical analysis necessary for understanding problems. Proposal communication protocol to access all functions via TCP/IP communication. Subsequent protocol implementation into control program and a programmable controller. Programming application with a user interface for camera control and basic image processing. The program also represents the server for TCP/IP communication with clients over the proposed protocol. The proposed application has to fulfill high pretensions of data streaming from cameras. Extension of the existing control system of the telescope, dome and other systems. The addition of analog measurement and control of digital inputs and outputs. Furthermore, control of stepper motors to control focusers. The embedded communication protocol will be expanded of the new instruction.
Residential Building for Mentally Handicapped People, Velehrad
Šulc, Michal ; Jeneš, Rostislav (referee) ; Podroužková, Božena (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is aimed for design of monolithic reinforced concrete slab of residential building, elaboration drawings of shape and drawings of reinforcement of selected elements. The slabs are situated over the first and third floor. Calculations of internal forces is made manually and by software system from Dlubal company.
Control system of brewhouse
Šulc, Martin ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
Investigation of the necessary theory of the brewing industry. Based on the findings to propose the optimal action and measuring elements such as temperature, pressure, pneumatic valves, drives and others. Subsequent characterization of all elements from the perspective of the control system and extension of technological scheme of measuring and regulating signs. For the section of the brewery brewhouse writing technological sequence with specifying the steps. Based on this description, create a control program for Simatic S7-300 from Siemens. The program is written in STL which takes the form of structured text. Visualization and process control is provided by SCADA system TomPack from the company ProjectSoft. The system communicates with the PLC via DDE server.
Laboratory design of a speaker system
Šulc, Martin ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Špiřík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the project of loudspeakers using freely available computer softwares. The thesis is focused on creation of a laboratory exercise called Laboratory design of a speaker system. The basic quantities describing acoustic wave motion and the principles of acoustic spread are explained there. There are also described different parts of loudspeakers like cabinets, loudspeaker drivers and electrical crossovers. Different softwares were chosen for the design. The descriptions of the most convenient programs for the laboratory exercises are introduced in the thesis. The laboratory exercise is devided into three parts. In the first part there is a brief theoretic introduction, the second part describes the control of the chosen software and the third part deals with the topic of this thesis. I have chosen two different sreeware softwares the most convenient for the construction of loudspeakers.
Design of the drive system to demonstrate the operation of the PID controller
Šulc, Michael ; Najman, Jan (referee) ; Dobossy, Barnabás (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with construction of the power unit to demonstrate PID position regulation. The second part shows and describes educational models and their advantages and disadvantages. The second part describes the design process of electronics, construction and interface to show graphical outcome of the controlled variable.
Localization of a Moving Target using a MIMO Radar System
Šulc, Martin ; Vychodil, Petr (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to estimate parameters of the moving target using different radar configurations. First the Doppler effect and the time delay of the received signal is examined. The investigation of these phenomenons is made for radial and non-radial movement of simple monostatic radar configuration and after that for the bistatic and multistatic MIMO configuration. The ambiguity function is presented for all these configurations. The ambiguity function is then used to estimate target parameters from the received signal. The received signal model and ambiguity function for the monostatic radar configuration is developed using Matlab software. Finally the practical use of these implementations is presented and compared.
Analysis of intermediate filament structure by chemical cross-linking
Dlabolová, Lada ; Novák, Petr (advisor) ; Šulc, Miroslav (referee)
Intermediate filament proteins create a dynamic cytoskeletal filamentous network, which due to its elastic properties, significantly contributes to the resistance of cells and tissues to mechanical stress. An important protein from the family of intermediate filaments, vimentin, is expressed mainly in cells of mesenchymal origin. Vimentin has been associated with a large number of pathophysiological conditions, and current studies consider vimentin as clinically promising target for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases from cancer to infectious and inflammatory diseases. Although in terms of structural characterization, vimentin belongs to one of the most studied proteins from the family of intermediate filaments, our knowledge is currently limited to the structure of the vimentin tetramer. Vimentin is capable of self-assembly into filaments formed by homo-oligomeric ULF subunits and the assembly process involves several steps of the organization of subunits. Structural characterization of the oligomeric subunits involved in the assembly of vimentin filaments is a prerequisite for elucidating the architecture of mature filaments, which can significantly contribute to understanding and connecting the mechanisms of many diseases associated with changes in vimentin...
