Prostudování potřebné teorie z oblasti pivovarnictví. Na základě zjištěných informací navrhnutí optimálních akčních a měřicích prvků, jako jsou snímače teploty, tlaku, pneumatické ventily, frekvenční měniče a jiné. Následná charakterizace všech prvků z pohledu řídicího systému a rozšíření technologického schématu o měřicí a regulační značky. Pro úsek pivovaru varna sepsání technologického postupu se specifikováním jednotlivých kroků. Na základě tohoto popisu vytvoření řídicího programu pro automat SIMATIC S7-300 od firmy Siemens. Program je napsaný v jazyce STL, který má podobu strukturovaného textu. Vizualizace a řízení procesu je zajištěno SCADA systémem TomPack od firmy ProjectSoft. Systém komunikuje s PLC pomocí DDE serveru. Investigation of the necessary theory of the brewing industry.
