Two-generation family house with business premises
Šimurda, Jan ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
A subject of bachelor thesis is design of new building two-generation family house with business premises. The building is divided into two functional parts. The individual functional parts have a separate entrance and are not dispotionally interconnected. Family house is designed as two-generational with basement. On the first floor there is an apartment for a family of three and on the second floor, which is designed as a residential attic, there is an apartment for a family of four. The one-storey establishment serves as a design office. The building is located in the town of Valašské Meziříčí, district of Vsetín. The surrounding area consists of family houses. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and MIAKO ceramic inserts. The supporting structure of the roof above the family house is solved by a purlin truss. The roof above the premises is designed as a walkable flat roof.
Interaction of microwave radiation with moisture in porous building materials
Paťha, Martin ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with interaction of microwave radiation with wet in porous material. It examines the distribution of the temperature field, the efficiency of the method and the financial demands of the method. The most important part of this thesis was an experiment, from which all important values ??were based. The first part deals with the necessary theory and the second part is the experiment itself. The experiment was carried out for three levels of material wet. Eight samples were used for this experiment, which remained unchanged throughout the experiment. The thesis draws on previous researches that were carried out on this or similar topic.
Revitalization of multifunctional house in Uhersky Brod
Žajdlík, Tomáš ; Šuhajdová, Eva (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the revitalization of a multifunctional building in Uherský Brod. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building has four floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is reinforced concrete frame with brickwork. Ceiling structures are from reinforced concrete primary and secondary beams with slabs. Roofs of the building are designed as pitched roof, warm flat roof and double–skinned roof.
Apartment building
Fährerová, Silvia ; Průša, David (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a new apartment building. The building is situated in the cadastral territory of the town of Břeclav, in the Poštorná district. The building has four above-ground and one underground floor. There is an exit to the roof at the level of the fifth floor. The building has a basement and is covered with a walkable flat roof. The staircase, which serves as an exit to the roof, is covered with a pitched roof. The building is composed of two blocks of different sizes. The total number of residential units is 12. The construction system is wall structural. The structure of the ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Vertical structures consist of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The foundations of the building are made of foundation strips
Optimization of recycled concrete materials from precast concrete elements and their characteristics for building information model
Venkrbec, Václav ; Mésároš,, Peter (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (referee) ; Henková, Svatava (advisor)
The dissertation thesis deals with the use of recycled concrete aggregates obtained from deconstructed parts of a precast panels’ apartment building. Furthermore, the work presents an optimization supplier-logistics algorithm to achieve a wider application of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in structural concrete in a new building. As part of the newly developed optimization algorithm of ready-mixed concrete suppliers, non-graphical data from the building information model (BIM) were intensively used. The work also addresses the transfer of data from and back to the information model and the definition of characteristics needed to optimize the entire process. At the theoretical level, the work deals with a comprehensive literature review of the above-mentioned fields. The experimental part of the work is focused on materials research carried out in order to verify the suitability of a particular type of RAC for structural use. The work introduces the procedures and test results of two types of recycled aggregates and then presents a range of recycled concrete recipes with partial replacement of aggregates for RCAs, obtained from prefabricated panels of high-rise buildings. The gained test results show the technical suitability of the tested RCA sources for producing medium-strength structural RAC. A significant part of the analytically oriented experimental part of the work is the logistic optimization scenario with its own matrix-based discrete algorithm and economic graphical evaluation. The case study examines the relevance of the proposed algorithm on a real scenario, namely the construction of the scientific technology institute CEITEC in Brno. Furthermore, the work summarizes the issue of BIM and presents a methodology for handling non-graphical information of the building model to define the characteristics of recycled concrete in buildings. The conclusions are addressed both for practice and for the development of scientific disciplines. The work provides
Wooden house from CLT panels
Šnajdárková, Zuzana ; Vystrčil, Jan (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on design of two-storey wooden house with a basement. The structural system of the house is made from CLT panels- system Novatop. The basement is made of permanent formwork. The facade of a house is insulated with the ETICS system. The facade of the garage forms ventilated facade. The building is roofed by a pitched roof. The roof above the garage is made as a flat extensive green roof. The building is spacious and offers a lot of space for a family of five. The first floor forms the communication part of the house. There is a guest room, bathroom, kitchen with a living room. The living room is connected to an outdoor terrace with a pergola. On the second floor, there are rooms, a bedroom and a special place for reading. In the basement, there is a bolier-room.
