Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dvoupodlažní, podsklepené dřevostavby rodinného domu. Konstrukční systém domu je z CLT panelů, konkrétně ze systému Novatop. Podzemní podlaží je ze ztraceného bednění a stropu z tras nosníků. Fasáda domu je zateplena systémem ETICS s tenkovrstvou omítkou. Stěny garáže tvoří provětrávanou fasádu. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno šikmou střechu, střecha nad garáží je navržena jako plochá extenzivní vegetační střecha. Objekt je prostorný a nabízí dostatek místa pro pětičlennou rodinu. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří komunikační část domu, je zde pokoj pro hosty, koupelna, kuchyň s obytným prostorem. Na obývací pokoj navazuje venkovní terasa s pergolou. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou pokoje, ložnice a koutek na čtení. V podzemní části domu je kotelna. This bachelor thesis focuses on design of two-storey wooden house with a basement. The structural system of the house is made from CLT panels- system Novatop. The basement is made of permanent formwork. The facade of a house is insulated with the ETICS system. The facade of the garage forms ventilated facade. The building is roofed by a pitched roof. The roof above the garage is made as a flat extensive green roof. The building is spacious and offers a lot of space for a family of five. The first floor forms the communication part of the house. There is a guest room, bathroom, kitchen with a living room. The living room is connected to an outdoor terrace with a pergola. On the second floor, there are rooms, a bedroom and a special place for reading. In the basement, there is a bolier-room.
