V disertační práci je řešeno téma využití recyklovaného kameniva z betonů, získaných z dekonstruovaných částí prefabrikovaného panelového bytového domu, následná optimalizace dodavatelsko-logistického systému při aplikaci recyklovaných betonů do konstrukčního betonu v rámci nové budovy. V rámci nově vyvinutého optimalizačního algoritmu dodavatelů čerstvého betonu byla intenzivně využita negrafická data z informačního modelu budovy (BIM). Práce se rovněž věnuje přenosu dat z a do informačního modelu a definování charakteristik, potřebných pro optimalizaci celého procesu. V teoretické rovině se práce zabývá komplexní rešerší výše zmíněných oblastí. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na materiálový výzkum prováděný za účelem ověření vhodnosti konkrétního typu recyklovaného betonového kameniva (RCA) do recyklovaného betonu (RAC) pro konstrukční využití. Práce seznamuje s provedenými postupy a výsledky zkušebních testů dvou druhů recyklovaného kameniva a následně prezentuje vytvořenou škálu nových receptur směsí recyklovaných betonů s částečnou náhradou kameniva za recyklované kamenivo, pocházejícího z prefabrikovaných panelů z výškových budov. Získané výsledky zkoušek prokazují technickou vhodnost testovaných zdrojů RCA pro výrobu konstrukčních RAC se střední pevností. Významnou částí analyticky orientované experimentální části práce je logisticko-optimalizační scénář s vlastním maticovým diskrétním algoritmem a ekonomickým grafickým vyhodnocením. Případová studie prověřuje relevantnost navrženého algoritmu na reálném scénáři, a sice stavbě vědeckého technologického institutu CEITEC v Brně. Dále je v práci shrnuta problematika BIM a prezentována metodika negrafických informací modelu budovy pro definování charakteristik beto-nových recyklátů v budovách. Závěry jsou adresovány jak pro praxi, tak pro rozvoj vědních oborů. Práce poskytuje prakticky směřované nové informace konkrétním výrobcům a dodavatelům betonových směsí z oblasti zpracování prefabrikovaných panelů z The dissertation thesis deals with the use of recycled concrete aggregates obtained from deconstructed parts of a precast panels’ apartment building. Furthermore, the work presents an optimization supplier-logistics algorithm to achieve a wider application of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in structural concrete in a new building. As part of the newly developed optimization algorithm of ready-mixed concrete suppliers, non-graphical data from the building information model (BIM) were intensively used. The work also addresses the transfer of data from and back to the information model and the definition of characteristics needed to optimize the entire process. At the theoretical level, the work deals with a comprehensive literature review of the above-mentioned fields. The experimental part of the work is focused on materials research carried out in order to verify the suitability of a particular type of RAC for structural use. The work introduces the procedures and test results of two types of recycled aggregates and then presents a range of recycled concrete recipes with partial replacement of aggregates for RCAs, obtained from prefabricated panels of high-rise buildings. The gained test results show the technical suitability of the tested RCA sources for producing medium-strength structural RAC. A significant part of the analytically oriented experimental part of the work is the logistic optimization scenario with its own matrix-based discrete algorithm and economic graphical evaluation. The case study examines the relevance of the proposed algorithm on a real scenario, namely the construction of the scientific technology institute CEITEC in Brno. Furthermore, the work summarizes the issue of BIM and presents a methodology for handling non-graphical information of the building model to define the characteristics of recycled concrete in buildings.
