Class Management as Teacher's Managerial Activity

The topic of the thesis is class management as teacher'smanagerial activity. The aim of the thesis is, based on the perused documents, and the interview analysis made with three primary classteachers and three secondary classteachers, to draw a set and description of all manager competition and class management related activities. The thesis is supposed to become the source material for a comprehensive meta analysis of managerialcompetence in a teacher's professiography. Within the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the comparisonof a teacher and a manager. There search section, using qualitative approach, deals with the issue of class management as managerial activity. The half-structured interview with six respondents have been used as a method, which are further analysed and the conclusion of the thesis has been elicited based on them.
Analysis of Preparation for Principal in Selected Country of OECD

This diploma work is called: Analysis of Preparation for the Post of Director in Selected OECD Countries. It focuses on preparing directors for their occupation before taking up the post. It describes the different educational systems focused on the training of directors in selected OECD countries - Czech Republic, USA, Canada, Chile. The aim is to compare the directors to prepare their profession before taking up their post in the country with a focus on teaching experience, education, legal base. The theoretical part deals with the initial training of directors prior to becoming director in terms of personality and school manager. The thesis also deals briefly with the OECD and perspective on education policy in different historical periods. The practical part describes the situation of education with a focus on directors in selected OECD countries. The conclusion set out the common elements of education directors. Role of a Director on the Way to a Successful School

IN ENGLISH: The final thesis deals with the issue of further education and development of teachers in primary schools and kindergartens. The theoretical part is based on the characteristics of successful schools and learning organizations. The role of the headmaster and his activities is explained with regards to specifics of the school. Described career development tools are applied to the school environment. Research part of the thesis provides information about the use of described career development tools in surveyed kindergartens and elementary schools. A partial unplanned finding is the information that nearly half of the headmasters does not feel accordingly expertly equipped for leading teachers in their professional development.
Comparison of the educational needs of school managers and non school managers

The topic of this diploma's thesis is comparison of the educational needs of school managers and managers from the private business sector. The theoretical part deals with concept of management, the definition of school management and specifics of school. It also focuses on managers, education of managers, including educational needs, their identification and saturation through further education. The aim of the research part is to identify educational needs and phenomena associated with them and the subsequent comparison between schools and non-school managers. The core of the thesis is qualitative research conducted by semistructured interview with four representatives of school management and four representatives of non school management. During the subsequent analysis were used the principles of grounded theory. Identified fields of educational needs are very similar in both groups, significant differences were identified in the phenomena related to educational needs. Management in preprimary education

For diploma thesis I chose the topic of management of educational institutions. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of managerial activities director nursery school focusing on personnel management. We focused on the issue of the relationship performs headmaster all managerial activities, what time frame they have to pay, how well it is able to fulfill. Individual chapters are based on the general theory of management, managerial functions, personnel, operations and human resources management. The practical part of the evaluation research. Method for obtaining data was used, primarily, time snapshot of all activities director kindergarten and secondarily, identification questionnaire. Based on the research model was created activities director kindergarten with basic timing in the form of a monthly interval. In the end we will find the time spent evaluating director of the kindergarten and recommendations, which should streamline the functioning of the school.
