Practical Use of Cultural Education Management

The aim of this diploma thesis is methodical recommendation to the management of education in a given area of culture for individual culture bearers represented by the founders of historical monuments and their administrators. Stated goals have been achieved through content analysis of strategic materials and their reflections in specific organizations, based on interviews with culture representatives in the field of historical monuments on one side and education experts on the other side. The aim of the interviews is to identify the consistencies, differences and tendencies in the explored sector, which will then be reflected in the methodological recommendations to the individual cultural bearers. Author defines basic terminology related to the culture and its historical development in the theoretical part of the thesis, placing a significant focus on the definition of cultural and Christian values that have shaped modern-day Europe. These theoretical principles are then developed through a chronologic overview of main activities and strategic documents of the Czech Republic as well as by the European Union and international expert institutions taking care of maintenance and development of culture and cultural heritage in education. Strategy of lifelong education of State Forestry Administration authorities

The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate a strategy for lifelong education of the state forest administration authorities' workers. The Ministry of Agriculture runs the education in the state and public administration on the basis of the Education Conception of the Ministry of Agriculture for the years of 2015-2020. This conception outlines education of state and public administration workers with departmental specialization. It determines the basic frame of lifelong education of all workers with departmental specialization. Yet there is no detailed strategy for particular domains of the department which would respond to real needs in practice. The strategy proposed in this thesis focuses on state forest administration workers at municipalities and regional offices. It is based on results of previous research which surveys the situation of state forest administration workers from the point of view of their work performance. Our research, which makes part of this thesis, is focused on their vocational lifelong education and surveys their needs concerning work performance and preferred forms and tools of further special education. The thesis discusses the specifics of the management of alternative schools in Czech Republic. The aim is to compare selected type of alternative schools in the Czech Republic, focusing on management, analysis of differences in management from the management of public schools. The theoretical part deals with the definition and the development of alternative schools, the features and functions of alternative schools. The practical part analyzes the document and standardized interviews with selected schools. The result is a comparison of selected types of alternative schools in the Czech Republic, with focus on the management, and analysis of the differences from management of public schools. Evaluation of the quality management of the educational process at the university

Závěrečná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Evaluace řízení vzdělávacího na vysoké škole. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování současného stavu problematiky řízení vysokých školách z odborné literatury světových i domácích autorů a zejména z šetření provedeného okých školách. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění současného stavu evaluace kvality vzdělávacího procesu. Práce přináší přehled doporučovaného obsahu, kterému by měla být věnována pozornost při zpracování plánu na řízení evaluace kvality vzdělávacího procesu a měla by tak pomoci manažerům škol a sloužit jako praktický návod při vlastním zpracování části literární rešerše jsou teoreticky shrnuty požadavky, které jsou potřebné vybranému tématu. Výsledkem vlastní práce je analýza dokumentů týkajících se řízení kvality na vybraných vysokých školách a analýza vlastního šetření.
Competences of leader of change in education on the example of Hejný's method of teaching mathematics

The thesis deals with the issue of changes in education from the perspective of one particular system changes in the teaching of mathematics in primary school. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the competencies of leader of changes in education based on the case of implementation Hejný's methods of teaching mathematics in primary schools, with an emphasis on the personality of prof. Milan Hejný. The theoretical part summarizes findings from the literature focused on process management changes and determinants of success changes, people's reactions to the changes. It also deals with personality of leader as the wearer of changes, its characteristics, leadership competency model and its role in the change process. The practical part is based on knowledge from theoretical part and it provides a list of twenty characters of leader, which are divided into five groups.
