Title: Measuring ofchemical and physical factors in sports halls. Objective: Is comparing of chemical and physical factors in three different sports halls in south Czech, concretely light measuring dust elements (suspended elements fraction MP1o, MP2,5), than temperature measuring and relative humidity measuring and their following comparison with norms. Methods: The lightening was measured by measuring method with Minolta T - 1Omachine. Dust elementr fraction MP 1O and MP 2,5 were measured by " unstraight gravimetric method". Results: On the basics of ascertain facts and after processing results was verified the hypothesis about observing norms in lightening area in all the sports halls. After the processing results ofdust factors measuring, humidity and temperature, I found out, that there have been overlimit in gymnastic hall ZF JČU, where have been measured higher values of suspended elements and temperature. In the sports hall České Budějovice was overlimit in temperature measuring and dust measuring fraction MP 1O, but only in minimal extensity. Sports hall SLŠ doesn't keep the limits norm in dust measuring offraction MPw,MP2,s Keywords: physical factors, chemical factors, light measuring, measuring of dust elements, humidity and temperature in sport hall. 2
Comparison of general and specific training indicators of athletes included in the SCM system in cycling and triathlon (case study)
Řenč, Tomáš ; Šafránek, Jiří (advisor) ; Kovářová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Comparison of general and specific training indicators of athletes included in the SCM system in cycling and triathlon (case study) Objectives: The thesis aim is to compare the capacity of training in general and specific training indicators of representative cyclists and triathletes in the junior category and in the category up to 23 years. Methods: We have used qualitative and quantitative methods in our thesis. Both general and specific training indicators have been processed in Excel program using the graph tools. Comparison between cyclists and triathletes through the conversion of triathlon kilometres to cyclistic kilometres has been portrayed using a line diagram. The analysis of training diaries and training indicators has also led us to search for the main differences in the training capacity of cyclists and triathlets. Results: We have found out that specific and general training indicators between cyclists and triathletes vary. We have also found out that in the category up to 23 years there is increasing tendency of the training capacity. Keywords: Triathlon, cycling, training indicators
Map Design for Orienteering

5 ABSTRAKT Title: Map Design For Orienteering Thesis Goal: The main goal of the thesis is to design an updated map of the educational center of FTVS UK in the Stráž nad Nežárkou for the purpose of teaching orienteering based on literature, theory and participation on an introductory course for cartographers, which is lead by experienced map designers. The secondary goal is to describe the process of map design for orienteering in a concise way and hence create a manual that can be used by teachers of orienteering for design of maps for educational purposes. Method: The work described in the thesis was carried out based on literature on orienteering, particularly on map design for orienteering, and also based on knowledge gained in an introductory cartography course taught by professional map designers. The methodology of map design comprised the following steps: a) selection and preparation of materials, b) field work, when facts are marked in a map and hence the input for further processing is created, and c) the design of the final map in the cartographical software OCAD 9. This process was then concisely written down. Results: The practical output of the diploma thesis is the updated map Ovčín VIII., which is now used as a teaching aid by the Department of sports in nature of FTVS UK. Further, the...

Wheel size selection preferences in recreational and active cyclists
Růžička, Michal ; Brtník, Tomáš (advisor) ; Šafránek, Jiří (referee)
Title: Wheel size selection preferences in recreational and active cyclists Goals: The goal of the thesis is to find relation between anthropometric and training indicators and selection of bicycle wheel size. Methods: The work is a descriptive study of a sample of randomly picked men and women. The research sample consisted of 250 respondents of the age range 13 - 77, with 106 women and 144 men. The research has been carried out in the form of semi structured website survey. The data have been categorized and analysed using basic statistical methods and the results were interpreted in the charts by the frequency of answers. Results: By analysing the survey results we have found the existing relation between the used wheel size and anthropometric and training indicators. With the growing height and weight of the respondents, the tendency to use 29" wheel size increases, as mentioned 81 respondents in height range 160-199 cm. The research has also shown that older riders use their bikes primarily to the cycling tours and that with the smaller wheel size. The size 29" use only eighteen respondents of the age range 40 - 77. The comparison of training indicators with the used wheel size has proven direct relation between effortfulness of the surface and used wheel size, when 2500 km and more will be...
Effect of lower limb length-bike rime size relationship on psychophysilogocal response of the organism
