Multilevel marketing

The Bachelor Thesis examines Multilevel marketing (abbreviated as 'MLM') as a business sector. The first aim of this study is to analyse the system of MLM within the company Oriflame and to measure to what extent the success of MLM is dependent on the duration of the seller's involvement in MLM and on the type of individual's character. Additionally, the thesis investigates whether it is possible to attain financial independence within Oriflame. The second goal is to find out what is the public opinion of the MLM system. To gather reliable information, a questionnaire was created and distributed. The theoretical part of this Thesis refers to MLM as a part of direct selling, analyzes its history and current trends. There are also non-ethical and prohibited systems. The Thesis is focused on motivation and tools of success. The practical part presents the analysis of MLM system in the company Oriflame and research of public opinion about MLM. At the end of this Bachelor Thesis whole issues and results of the public opinion of MLM system are summarized.
The Needs and Interests of Youth in the Sphere of Tourism

The thesis is devoted to tourism of youth with focusing on the needs and interests. The theoretical part deals with issues of tourism of this segment and marketing research. The practical part focuses on a survey to determine preferences of students of selected universities in relation to the services provided by travel agencies. Collected data are then compared with information contained in the theoretical part and serves as a base for marketing advice to the Autoturist travel agency, Plc.
Internet marketing

As a topic of my thesis, I chose "Internet Marketing". The aim of this work is to analyze Internet marketing tools used by selected e-shop. On the basis of information obtained I tried to propose appropriate solutions to improve the efficiency of Internet marketing. Analysis is done in the e-shop levne-boty.cz. The e-shop sells shoes for sport and leasure time. The theoretical part deals with marketing and its relationship to the internet, internet marketing and its tools in the form of marketing and communication mix. I also described the legislation relating to e-commerce and e-shops. In the practical part I did an analysis of e-shop levne-boty.cz. I have described here the company and its operations, target group of customers, competition, marketing mix, advertising and public relations, visit rate, etc. I also evaluated the ROI on concrete advertising campaign.
Action Committees of the National Front and the Culture

The presented bachelor thesis Action Committees of the National Front and the Culture aims to present action committees as an institution that acted as a gearing-lever of the communist regime after February 1948. The thesis places great emphasis on their cathartic function - that is the way in which the society got rid of artists with a hostile look at the newly-built socialistic-democratic state. On the basis of specific cases not only penalty criteria are assessed, but also the selection of victims, political manipulation, and also a measure of the impact on personal and professional life of artists. Attention is also paid to the rising tide of protests against decisions of the action committees during the first half of 1948 and its suppression by a new law that re-legalized the activities of action committees. In the last part of the thesis activities of action committees in the second half of 1948 are depicted. This is the period when the main task of cleansing the society has already been achieved, therefore action committees slowly began to lose their status. My goal was to show the transformation of action committees from an institution, which society formed and reformed, into an organization that society merely tolerated.
The poverty in opinions of young people

The poverty is a very comprehensive and complicated concept and it is considered to be behind one of the most serious problems of the globalized world today. Poverty can be conceptualized as an expression of extreme disparity because it distances specific sections of the population not only from the rich, but also from the rest of the population. At present, world disparity and poverty continue to grow and the split between wealth and poverty grows both globally and on a national scale. This thesis is divided into two parts {--} theoretical and practical. The theoretical part limits itself to looking at basic terms e.g. poverty from a global perspective, types of poverty, its monitoring and measurement, disparity, unemployment, population groups at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The influence of social transfers in connection with poverty is also highlighted in the work. On the basis of the defined hypothesis other marginally mentioned key topics are included. These concern life values and the perceptions of young people, as well as the discrepancy between men and women in the biological, psychological and social fields. The thrust of the thesis was to ascertain the perception of poverty in the minds of young people. The research was carried out at selected schools through the use of anonymous questionnaires. Each questionnaire contained ten questions. The results of the research are presented in the chapter "Results" which forms the practical part of the thesis.
Analysis of marketing environment in chosen company

Nowadays, the marketing has bigger and bigger importance and each company should deeply deal with it. To stand it{\crq}s ground in such a segment, the company has to gain as perfect information about the competition, suppliers, customers and as it is possible and to work out marketing strategies with the help of these data. Marketing, marketing environment and analyses of the marketing environment are described in the teoretic part. These analyses are apllyed to concrete company {--} ARBO, spol. s r. o in the practical part. Marketing environment is analyzed with the assistance of the Porter´s model of five powers and with the STEP analysis.
Analysis of marketing communications in the selected services firm and proposal of possible improvements

This graduation theses were concerned with analysis of marketing communication in services {--} in the Wellness hotel Rezidence Nové Hrady. This theses was incurred during temporary opening of the hotel till finishing and opening new spaces. There is recapped a history of the hotel and executed detailed situation analysis in the analytical part. There were detection advantages and disadvantages, which should the hotel use for persuasion the costumers. The synthetic part consequent to the analytical work comprehensive of the new suggestions of marketing communication . This includes sphere:  increase in an occupanty rate of the hotel,  increase in a visit rate in the hotel restaurants,  increase in a number of congresses.
The volunteer programme in hospital

Práce popisuje Dobrovolnický program ve FN Motol. Může sloužit jako návod pro nemocnice a jiné organizace, kde dobrovolníky nemají, ale uvažují o nich. Dále se zabývá odlištnostmi mezi ziskovým a neziskovým sektorem. Teoretické poznatky jsou doplněny současným fungujícím příkladem ve FN Motol, která je v tomto směru vzorem pro nemocnice v ČR i zahraničí.
Financial leasing

Cílem této diplomové práce je připravit jakousi metodickou příručku pro zájemce o leasingové financování, která spotřebiteli usnadní rozhodování o této variantě financování investic a přinese mu maximum užitku. Zároveň obsahuje určité řešení, které přispěje eliminovat problém všech společností, což je míra krytí rizika spojeného s finanční operací. Proto je zde návrh klasifikace rizikovosti, který bude možné použít jako metodický model pro leasingové společnosti.V dnešní době je již leasing jedním z neodmyslitelných fenoménů rozvinutých tržních ekonomik. Leasing lze definovat jako formu pronájmu výrobních prostředků nebo výrobků dlouhodobé spotřeby za sjednané nájemné. Tento způsob financování přináší nájemci různé výhody. V první řadě představuje jeden z externích zdrojů pro pořízení investic, kdy financování cizím kapitálem nevyžaduje mobilizaci vlastních prostředků a umožňuje podniku využívat finančně náročnou investici bez úměrného zadlužení. Leasingové financování, tak jako každá jiná forma financování, je po dobu obchodního vztahu mezi leasingovou společností a nájemcem ovlivňováno řadou faktorů, které přináší realita podnikatelského života. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část analytickou. Teoretická část pojednává o významu, definici a historickém vývoji leasingového financování v Českých zemích. Jsou zde popsány základní formy leasingu a skladba leasingové smlouvy. Nechybí ani daňová problematika tohoto financování z pohledu daně z příjmů a daně z přidané hodnoty. Pro zájemce o leasingové financování je zde zařazena také kapitola týkající se teoretického rozboru výhodnosti leasingu. Je zde rozebráno zajištění těchto obchodních operací, se kterými se leasingový nájemce může při sjednávání leasingových obchodů nejčastěji setkat. Analytická část obsahuje seznámení s firmou S MORAVA Leasing, a.s., která se na trhu leasingového financování pohybuje již řadu let. Nechybí postup uzavírání leasingových smluv krok po kroku. Prakticky je zde předvedeno účtování leasingu, jak z pohledu nájemce, tak ze strany pronajímatele. Daňové aspekty daně z příjmů a daně z přidané hodnoty jsou zde podány v přehledných příkladech. V závěru analytické části práce je provedeno hodnocení způsobů pořízení investic, mezi kterými se investor může rozhodovat a pro potřeby leasingových společností je zde navržena klasifikace rizikovosti komodit, které bývají nejčastěji předmětem leasingu.
