This diploma thesis is focused on creating marketing plan for introducing new product to the market. Marketing plan is formed based on methods and approaches that are summarized in theoretical part of this thesis. The content of the plan is coming from micro and macro analyses and also form survey that has been conducted in this thesis. The output is adequate marketing plan for introducing new web based game to the market. In this diploma thesis is also suggested optimal price of the product.

This master´s thesis is focused on marketing strategy and consequent formation of the proposal of the marketing strategy for emerging Floorball Academy. Base data for the new marketing strategy are gained from theoretical knowledge, from chosen methods of primary research and from analysis of micro environment, macro environment and SWOT analysis. Particular components of marketing strategy are proposed on the base of data processing and their evaluating. This marketing strategy is prerequest for sucessful entry and operation of Floorball Academy on the market.

The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze customer satisfaction of café and cake shop Smile, and to propose measures to increase its level. The first part provides theoretical bases for marketing research of customer satisfaction. In the practical part of the thesis there is analyzed current situation of the company. There is also analyzed the level of customer satisfaction, which is based on the questionnaires evaluation. Subsequently there are suggested proposals to improve the level of the customer satisfaction.

This thesis focuses on the theoretical definition and description of issues related to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and also affects the appearance and behavior of the company's overall customer satisfaction. It also defines the basic methods and techniques of marketing environment analysis firm principles and a questionnaire survey. Theoretical knowledge is applied to specific manufacturing company, described the current situation, and including basic analysis of external and internal environment, concluded with a summary SWOT analysis. Based on a questionnaire survey found customer satisfaction, the company unveiled a wish and shortcomings perceived by customers. Use these outputs are set concrete proposals leading to a better company image and increase customer satisfaction.

The company is described and analyzed in the practical part. Furthermore, the results are processed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The goal of this work is to analyze the channels and means used for addressing and acquiring existing and future customers of internet commerce hrajhned.cz and information they spreading. With help of primary research, by using the asking technique, determine whether used channels, resources and information are adequate and improve overall communication mix for streamlining sales. This paper aims to clearly define which channels and resources can support the fulfillment of the main long-term objective of this shop - ie extension, trade between the vast majority of customers and gaining at the worst third place in market in the sale of digital distribution of games, and the secondary target for this year - ie the increase in total sales by 40%.
