This bachelor thesis is about motivation in terms of its use in the managing of people. This work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and personal research. The first part of this work is focused on the theoretical problems of motivation, its explanation from different views and definitions of all theoretical fields that are related to the process of managing people. In the second part, the problems of motivation are looked at from the practical viewpoint. The goal of the practical part was to find out the value of the motivation process to the subordinate employees from the view of the managers. Based on interviews with several managers, their opinions and personal experiences with the motivation process, that they come across on a daily basis, have been summarised.

Definition of communication is very broad. It belongs to the most important aspects of personal and professional life. The success of the individual in society dependends on his communication skills. This thesis Understanding of communication among managers is focused on communication and its elements, which managers use during the working process. The first part of the thesis is a literature review, which is focused to gain theoretical base of the issue. Here below will be analyzed several aspects, such as, concepts of management, managerial functions and roles, communication and its elements of the effective communication within organization and communication channels. The second part will be focused on the apllication of knowledge and experience among selected samples of respondents on leading positions, which attache importance to communication. The data collection and evaluation of the results has been used through questionnaire. Conclusion of the thesis is an overall assessment of the results collected through the investigation mentioned above

The main topic of this Bachelor Thesis is Leadership styles with an accent on coaching. Coaching and employee motivation have become lately one of the main interests of the companies. This tool helps employees to find their strong points and apply them in their day-to-day life. This self-discovery gives them faith in their strenghts, increases their self-confidence and makes them independent. This is a true motivation. A skilled manager through coaching can create an enjoyable atmosphere in the team and get more out of his/her people.

n the present for a prosperous society starts to be more and more important the factor of right motivation of their staff. Knowledge of the real needs of workers is a key point for setting up effective motivational tools that have a positive effect on the objectives of individuals and entire organizations. The first part deals with the issue of employee motivation, which also runs an explanation of key concepts such as the manager, leadership, motivation and others. During the second practical part is presented an explored society Philip Morris, Inc. and its now used motivational tools. During the interwiew of the guided issues with the selected respondents of the company´s management, will value current tools and subsequent recommendation on its possible modification.

Bachelor's work deals with the importance of motivation process for personal management in organizations and the importance of motivational incentives from the manager's perspective, at the same time. The work is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical part of the bachelor's work, is the literary research, where are covered and explained in detail basic concepts related to the area of personal management, leadership and motivation. The attention is also dedicated to the position of managers in the organization, individual management functions, which they must practise and possible styles of the leadership. In the further part of the work, a motivational process, a different types and tools of motivation are introduced, all of it managers can use for stimulation their subordinates for successful reaching the organization goals. The overview of the best-known motivational theories is presented in the summary of this first chapter. In the second, practical part of the work, I present the summary of the interviews, which I hold with five managers from various organizations and business areas. Each of them was interviewed with same thirteen questions with aim to discover how they use the motivation and its tools for leadership in their organizations. In the end, the findings from own research are compared with the theoretical findings from the previous part of the work.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic "Motivation as a leadership". The work is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of the literature´s background research followed by its processing on the basis of extended studying of Czech and foreign published papers. This section closely explains the basic concepts such as management, manager, managerial functions, leadership and motivation. In order to clarify the role of motivation in leadership there are certain characteristics provided such as individual leadership styles, types of motivation and their theories and differences between motivation and stimulation. The method of a guided interview has been used to gain practical information. Five managers from different institutions were asked fifteen open-ended questions. The obtained dates were then collated with the theoretical knowledge that has helped to generalize the outcomes and define conclusion.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic of motivation as a method of leadership. The thesis is divided into two major parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical section is drawn upon reference books and explains basic theoretical knowledge regarding management, managerial functions, motivation, stimulation, motivation theories, motivation and communication deficiency. The theoretical findings have become the source and foundation for structuring the questions in the practical section. The practical part is comprised of the interviews with the trainers of two sports clubs. The questions are designed to ascertain how important the motivation is for the trainers, what kind of motivational methods they use and which specific incentives they prefer. The trainers´ views are recorded, compared, summarized and evaluated.

This thesis discusses the importance of communication for the work of a manager. The aim is to determine the importance of communication skills for the role of a manager at the Municipal Office in Nový Bydžov. The theoretical part is focused on the study of theoretical fundamentals and processing of literary research. The practical part is focused on the Municipality of Nový Bydžov and communication between the town management and the heads of departments and communication between the heads of departments and their subordinates. Thomas' psychological tests and questionnaires are used for the research.

Theoretical part of bachelor`s dissertation summarize basic findings of areas of people management, human resource management, general and work motivation and employee stimulation. The last sixth chapter, Present trends in people leadership and management, with connection to employee motivation, deals with methods applied in the company analyzed in practical part of bachelor`s thesis. Practical part of dissertation describes a company and one of its department. Based on the company management request, name of the enterprise stays undisclosed (therefore it is mentioned there only as a company, an enterprise, etc.). Further there are described basic management principles, stimulation tools used in the company and problems detected in the department. Following chapter deals with research methodology and analysis of data collected from questionnaires. In the analysis there are applied knowledges mentioned in theoretical part. Closing part includes recommendations for problematic areas within the department.

The bachelor thesis deals with mapping of children and youth centres in Pilsen region and thesis is specialized for children and youth centres in city Pilsen. One of the identified institution undergoes thorough analysis. Thesis has two parts. First part is theoretical. In theoretical part are identified basic concepts in this issues like for example youth, free time, or institution of interest education. Second part of thesis is research part who deals practice this issues in Pilsen region. At first was compiles data about location and found children and youth centres in Pilsen region. On this basis are described children and youth centres in city Pilsen and one of these centres is choose for thorough analysis. In analysis is Children and Youth Centre Talent o.p.s. and target is determine whether institution fullfill function in section of interest education. Method of research is institional analysis by Bronislaw Malinowski. In the end of thesis is ratings this institutions accroding to results of analysis and the proposed recommendation for improvement function this institution.
