Lucie Šimůnková KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra Pedagogiky VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Veronika Blažková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: In this theses I deal with the theme of perception of the teacher with body modifications such as tattoos, piercings, etc. by other teachers at school. In the theoretical part I will explain all the terms from the field of pedagogy as well as the topic of body modifications. The practical part will be dedicated to the personal experiences, opinions and thoughts of teachers without body modifications, and the method of semi-structured interview will be used to find out this information. To supplement the information obtained from the interviews, the practical part will also include case studies with teachers who have body modifications. The goal of the thesis is to find out if teachers with modifications are perceived by other teachers positively, negatively or neutrally. Furthermore, whether the modifications affect the behavior of other teachers towards them, their approach, if they try to avoid them or have no problem cooperating with them, or whether they do not take into account the look of the teacher with the modifications at all. Leisure time activities of younger school age children of selected elementary school

The topic of this diploma thesis is spending leisure time of younger school-aged children. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with children's leisure time and pedagogical influence on their leisure time, hobby educational facilities, socialization, leisure games and school after class. Also with prevention od risky behaviour in leisure time. The recent closure of schools due to the covid-19 pandemic is also mentioned. The main goal od the thesis is to find out how children of younger school-age of the selected primary school spend their leisure time. Another goals are to find out which hobby groups do children attend and if they attend a school after class. Also, how children dealt with the closure of schools. The research tool is a structured questionnaire. The practical part of thesis describes and evaluates the research on spending leisure time of younger school-aged children of selected primary school in Prague. A description of the school, respondents and course of the resarch is also included there. Then the answers to the individual questions of the questionnaire are evalutaded. Individual guidance of children in planning leisure activities

This bachelor thesis deals with leisure pedagogy. It focuses on th leisure time of children of younger school age. Aim of the thesis is to find out trainers individual appoach to coaching for children at training camp. It is suggestion of training procedures at training camp focusing on individual development needs based on children's skills and abilities. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the pedagogy of leisure time, motivation and interest-driven activities of a child of younger school age in the field of sports in general. In the empirical part of the work is methodology of interviews and their processing. Acording to the findings, coaches approach children individually to some extent, but rather intuitively. They don't keep any paper records on their athletes. The interviews showed the established coaching practices intuitively take into account the individual settings of young athletes and how they work with their motivation for developing sport skills and abilities. Based on this outlet, a suggestion for changes to training practises has been developer for training camp on the basis of individual need of developing children's sports skills and abilities. Teaching the subject Health and Safety Education since 1918 to the present.

TITLE Teaching the subject of health and safety education from 1918 to the present ABSTRACT Aims: The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and compare the developmental tendency of teaching the subject of health and safety education in schools corresponding to the second stage of today's primary schools from 1918 to the present and to compare historical curricular documents with the current curricular document. The aim is to bring a comprehensive view of the issue of health and safety education in connection with the changes in our education over the last more than a hundred years. Methodology: A historical-comparative analysis based on a search of professional literature and an analysis of historical and currently valid curricular documents, textbooks and other sources were performed. Results: It was found that health and safety education occurs in curricula and textbooks to varying degrees in all research periods. It was also found out how and in what subjects it was taught in different political and time periods. The result was a comparison with previous and current curricular documents. Conclusion: It can be said that the teaching of health and safety education permeates the entire school system in the Czech lands in various intentions over the last hundred years. Analysis of Games with selected educational potentional of experience for schools

The presented diploma thesis deals with the use of the potential of experiential learning in the context of teaching at lower secondary schools. The theoretical part makes for the starting point of the practical part. It is devoted to the description of the basic pillars of experiential learning and the specific needs of pupils in the period of pubescence from the perspective of developmental psychology. The aim of the analysis processed in the practical part of the thesis is to select games from 29 issues of the Gymnasion magazine that meet the established criteria related to the principles of Experiential learning, the specifics of work with the educational category of lower secondary school-age and selected areas of the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The findings include 33 selected games, 15 of which are adapted in the form of didactic cards, which are available for teachers of Citizenship education.
