The concept of existence by Karl Jaspers

EN: Jaspers came to philosophy from medicine and psychology. Unique personal situation, authentic life experience, unrepeatable faithful self-respect turned psychopathologist Jaspers from psychiatric physiology of soul to the thesis of ciphers of transcendence, borderline, edge and horizon. He constituted his own pattern of the thinker not only as an explaining teacher, but also as co-creator of original ethics, based on deep comprehension of the other, importance of encompassing communication between man and man. First section of my work deals with the concept of Border. Our attitudes and picture of the universe and its evaluation are limited by borders. The holistic complex being remains behind the horizon The second part is dedicated to border-line situation as an phenomenon of possibility, as seen from the point of view of Jaspers own existence, as presented in his Philosophy, including commentary based on new translations by Vaclav Nemec Closing part deals with existential communication and holistic transition from possible to new horizons of transcendence. My interpretation of chosen excerpts comes mostly from "Allgemeine Psychopathologie" "Psychologie der Weltanschauungen." Quotations appear in my own translation. Analysis of Impacts of Contemporaty Society Requierements for a Future Use of Historical Buildings

The thesis is focused on contemporary society requierements for potential changes of historical buildings in the Prague historical centre. The goal is to analyse a contemporary status of trends and evaluate effects on historical prorperties in the Prague historical centre. The contemporary trends consist of different housing ideas, different work organisation and at least so called green buildings. There are significant consequences in to existing historical buildgs as new developments adapt such trends. For a harmonicous suistainable development it would be needed a compromise between economical, social and environmental interests. If it is not accomplished, the city will not be funcional.

Bachelor's thesis named "Construction modifications on heritage protected object including specific example" describes problematics of state heritage care in relation with architectual heritage. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to legislation of Czech Republic, particulary on heritage and construction law, specifics of heritage protected buildings and possibilities of funding of their renovation and problematics of dilapidation of heritage objects. In practical part knowledge from theoretical part will be applied on specific example, the reconstruction of Pavilion in Havlíčkovy sady, Prague 2.

Solar boom in the Czech Republic, the economical contexts and effects on the environment.

Bachelor's thesis "Solar Boom in the Czech Republic, economical contexts and effects on the environment" is focused on the continuously debated issue, which is a dramatic increase in the number of photovoltaic power plants in the Czech republic between 2008 and 2010. This work analyze solar boom in the Czech Republic, explains the causes and circumstances of its origin and describes the causes of solar boom and its effects on investors, final customers and also on nature. This bachelor's thesis compares the status of solar energy in the Czech Republic with the situation in other European countries, as well as informs the reader about the current situation and possibilities of the use of solar energy in the Czech Republic. The end is dedicated to a case study of photovoltaic power plant in the Czech Republic and offers interesting insights into the economic background of the particular power plant.

Modern Media as the Promotion Tools in the Culture and Entertainment Industry

The main focus of this undergraduate thesis are the marketing applications of the latest promotion tools in the culture and entertainment industry. Social networks, marketing mix, promotion channels are the major areas discussed in the literature review section. The practical session follows on the literature review. Quantitative analyses of questionnaires reviles the answers on the research questions related to effective utilisation of the marketing channels (including social networks) as the promotion tool and its impact on the consumers in Hradec Kralove Region. Scope of the survey is narrowed down to the culture and entertainment industry. Tests of working hypothesis provides valuable learning lesson which is used as a base for further recommendations to marketing practicians in previously mentioned institutions.

Bachelor thesis deals with current creation process of territorial plan of Hradec Králové. Thesis is based on the territorial planning documents, available resources and literature. The theoretical part of thesis analyzes the development of urbanism and the current state of planning in Hradec Králové. In the task of territorial plan this work researches utilization of modern trends in territorial plan. The practical part describes selected contentious issues and approaches of the area in the possible development of the city.

Issue of the use, development and maintenance of urban green in Prague

This dissertation is trying to outline the situation and importance of green vegetation in cities nowadays, but also its historical significance and development. In the theoretical part it refers to historical milestones regarding the development of garden art and describes its current trends, especially in big cities. It's also trying to summarize the possibilities of renewal and preservation of the green areas. In the practical part the dissertation outlines several examples of the development of green vegetation in cities in the form of case studies. It refers to deficiancies of the current trends in construction in progress and it outlines the differences between types of the green vegetation in Prague.
