Bakalářská práce s názvem "Stavební úpravy na památkově chráněném objektu včetně konkrétního příkladu" popisuje problematiku státní památkové péče ve vztahu ke stavebním památkám. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována legislativě České republiky, konkrétně památkovému a stavebnímu zákonu, specifikům památkově chráněných staveb a možnostem financování jejich obnov a problematice chátrání památkových objektů. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části na konkrétním příkladu rekonstrukce Pavilonu v Havlíčkových sadech. Bachelor's thesis named "Construction modifications on heritage protected object including specific example" describes problematics of state heritage care in relation with architectual heritage. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to legislation of Czech Republic, particulary on heritage and construction law, specifics of heritage protected buildings and possibilities of funding of their renovation and problematics of dilapidation of heritage objects. In practical part knowledge from theoretical part will be applied on specific example, the reconstruction of Pavilion in Havlíčkovy sady, Prague 2.
