Possibilities of regulation of economical subjects behavior on health care market

The bachelors theses deals with settings of the health care financing. It explains reasons for government interventions to the health care market, describes possible models of health care system, defines economical subjects of health care market and analyses possibilities how to regulate their economical behavior. The healt care system is affected mainly by interests groups, who push their particular aims at the expense of others. By asserting their interests they affect other subjects of health care market as well as the entire health care system. It is impossilbe to choose the exactly correct settins of health care system. Settins of each individual regulatory mechanism has no optional value, it have to match locally and temporally given specific economical and social conditions. The selection of concrete parametres of regulation is always determinated by application of public choice.

The analysis of health care system in Germany

The diploma paper analyses the health care system in Germany with a view to principles of organization and financial relations in the system. After short description of historical system development follows brief analysis of incomes. Then there is made the analysis of the health care system focused on the expenditures. In this chapter there are presented the segments of health care, way of their organization, forms of payment and analysis of expenditures between the years 1995 and 2007. An unavoidable part of this paper is also the selection of positive constructional elements of health care system and their recommendation for application in the system of Czech Republic.

The first part introduces the RFID technology and its application in the healthcare and pharma. The second part deals with the particular RFID application in the process of preparation and aplication of cytostatics at MOU. It includes process analysis, identification of areas where there is a lack in usage of technology potential, suggestions on how to increase the benefits of the implementation, as well as identification of factors that have impact on the valuation of RFID projects.

My diploma work is about philosophy of CRM which is connecting tools for good quality customer care, insists on propriety and process efficiency, quality of staff and usage of IT technologies for recording all important facts which can have impact on relationship. Because of this is implementation of CRM suitable for health care as well. In my work deal with rules of process funciton CRM to activity of private gynecologist clinic. My aim is improve relation between company and consumer.

Bakalářská práce na téma ?Reforma zdravotnictví: ponaučení z reformy slovenské?? se zabývá slovenskou koncepcí úprav zdravotnictví z roku 2005. Pozornost je zaměřena na jednotlivé reformní kroky a jejich dopady. Tento koncept je porovnán s plánovanou reformou zdravotnictví v České republice, která přichází v platnost 1.1.2008. Obě země se potýkaly se stejnými problémy ? zadlužování sektoru, nízký podíl soukromých zdrojů, nadměrná spotřeba zdravotní péče a zároveň také neustále rostoucí výdaje na zdravotnictví, jež jsou přesto nedostačující a nedovolují tudíž pružně reagovat na zvyšující se nároky na kvalitu zdravotnických služeb. Zmíněna je i demografická struktura České republiky, která činí tento problém aktuálnější, jelikož populace v České republice stárne a nároky na péči se tímto zvyšují. Cílem není najít optimální cesty, jedná se o komparaci, zda by Slovensko bylo vhodnou inspirací, případně v jakých oblastech by nedostatky českého zdravotnictví řešila lépe.

Demografický faktor - indikátor rastu verejných výdavkov

V úvodu této bakalářske práce je obsaženo stručné vysvětlení základních pojmů souvisejícich se zdravotním systémem v souladu s platnými zákony týkajícimi se zdravotné starostlivosti a uvedení do problematiky zdravotnictví Slovenské republiky. V druhé části je pozornost věnována analýze výdavků do zdravotnictví SR v letech 1995-2006. Závěrečná část obsahuje demografickou prognózu a projekci výdavků na zdravotní starostlivost do roku 2050 vzhledem k předpokládanému vývoji obyvatelstva. Načrtnutá jsou i doporučení v oblastech, ktrerých se dotkne stárnutí populace.
