Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá legislativní stránkou ochrany pacienta v ČR, včetně mezinárodních úmluv, kodexů týkajících se práv a povinností pacientů a institucí, které se ochraně práv pacientů věnují. V praktické části je zmapována informovanost a znalosti pacientů o jejich právech a povinnostech. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains legislative aspects of patient protection in Czech Republic, including international treaties, codices relevant the rights and responsibilities and institutions, which are concerned with the patients' protection. There is analyzed the knowledge of patients about their rights and responsibilities in the practical part.
