Training of a Young Horse

Aim of this work is to gather information about correct process of young horse training. This work presents opinions of specialists (for example Záliš, Bílek et al. et al., Paalman, Dillon, Beran and others) and offers view of traditional approach to young horses with addition of modern science´s findings. In the beginning of this work will be covered the topic of imprinting and weaning and impact of those events on life and work of a young horse. Further more, this work addresses the topic of basic training, under the saddle and in harness.
Mobil system for monitoring of sports activity

The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse methods that are used for monitoring athlete’s activities and a description of current technical solutions with a focus on heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring. The presented solution shows the possibilities of using available open source SW and HW technologies and their implementation in the design of an integrated tool for monitoring sports activities with the iOS operating system.
Availability of sports facilities and sports equipment in municipal elementary schools in region of Tabor

My Bachelor´s thesis is focused on mapping of all sports halls, gyms and other covered and opened sport facilities in municipalities of Tabor with up to 1000 inhabitants where elementary schools were founded. Other goal was to find out how effectively they are used, how equipped they are and what teachers and students think about current condition of these facilities. The thesis points out physical training and sports carried out in elementary schools. Data for the practical part of thesis was collected with use of assembled questionnaire and its dissemination in all concerned schools. The result of this research in region of Tabor was satisfactory except of elementary school in Stadlec where I recommend putting more stress on cooperation with villages in neighborhood for better financing in order to improve its condition or construction of new ones.
Health effects and usage of the training program CrossFit

Bachelor thesis is focused on modern CrossFit training system and its impact on fitness and overall health of men in the age group 20-40 years. In the theoretical part, I described the very essence of this modern practice, potential benefits and health risks. I drew from the available literature and trusted electronic resources related to the topic. At the beginning of the practical part of the intervention motion program was carried entrance investigation aimed at identifying the physical and mental condition of the experimental group of 15 trainees those men in the age group 20-40 years, and 15 of those nonpracticing men ages 20-40 years. With a group of trainees I conducted three months advanced training CrossFit, while both groups conducted continuous measurement values. In conclusion I have exit surveys with those groups. Evaluation of the questionnaire were the basis for processing graphical part, and it was found that CrossFit training at an adequate distribution of the training units and in compliance with proper diet is a valuable activity for overall fitness and health among men in the age group 20-40 years.
Comparison of aspects of diet with professional and amateur footballers playing in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis explores and compares aspects of diet in amateur and professional football clubs associated in Football Association of the Czech Republic. An object of the thesis is to describe factors affecting football players´ diet generally, attention is paid to the negative effects in the diet too. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on survey of compliance aspects of the diet. The research was conducted among amateur competition football clubs at the level of regional championships and professional football clubs at level of Synot league and also National Football League. The main goal of this thesis is to provide comprehensive material, which summarizes the different views and approaches both foreign and Czech experts in the field of proper diet into the complex form. The benefit of the practical part is to determine the level of compliance proper diet and other diet aspects in an environment of football competitions. The thesis can be useful tool for football coaches and other experts because it is trying to give the real picture of a level and conditions of diet in football environment.
Creation and verification of the effectiveness of intervention program focusing on weight gain

The subject of my thesis was to develop and verify the effectiveness of the intervention program focused on weight gain. For the research were asked eight men in age about twenty. Probands received training plan under which they trained from three to four times a week. Their eating habits were evaluated and subsequently modified so that there would appear some increase in body weight. To demonstrate the results of this thesis was necessary to measure their body weight, perimeter rate and percentage of body fat. Measurement occurred before the testing after the first, the second and after the third month.
Design and verification of fitness training for football players

The aim of this thesis is to design and verify fitness training for football players in winter preparation period. Selected batteries contain 6 tests, where are researched endurance, speed-endurance, speed-coordination and strength. For tests were selected three players from football team FK Řepeč-Opařany who were tested before and at the end of the training period. The measured data are statistically processed and compared and subsequently evaluated hypotheses, which confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed training process.

The theoretical part describes the influences and effects of swimming technique and various styles. The practical part contains detailed descriptions of training cycles and recommendations, dedicated athletes who are engaged in similar activities. Shows the way to achieve optimal results for junior canoeists, use of swimming training in the winter. Indicates errors incurred due to improper execution of techniques and try to eliminate them through simple training exercise.
