Bakalářská práce mapuje a porovnává aspekty životosprávy v prostředí amatérského a profesionálního fotbalu sdruženého pod Fotbalovou asociací České republiky. Práce má za cíl obecně popsat faktory ovlivňující životosprávu hráčů fotbalu, pozornost je také věnována negativním jevům v životosprávě. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na průzkum dodržování aspektů životosprávy, který byl proveden ve fotbalových klubech hrajících jednak amatérské soutěže na úrovni krajského přeboru a dále mezi profesionálními fotbalovými kluby na úrovni Synot ligy a Fotbalové národní ligy. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený materiál, který shrnuje různé pohledy a přístupy jak zahraničních, tak i českých odborníků v oblasti životosprávy do komplexní formy. Přínos praktické části spočívá ve zmapování úrovně dodržování pravidel správné výživy a dalších aspektů životosprávy v prostředí fotbalových soutěží. Práce může být vhodnou pomůckou pro fotbalové trenéry a další odborníky neboť se snaží poskytnout reálný obraz o úrovni a podmínkách životosprávy ve fotbalovém prostředí. This bachelor thesis explores and compares aspects of diet in amateur and professional football clubs associated in Football Association of the Czech Republic. An object of the thesis is to describe factors affecting football players´ diet generally, attention is paid to the negative effects in the diet too. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on survey of compliance aspects of the diet. The research was conducted among amateur competition football clubs at the level of regional championships and professional football clubs at level of Synot league and also National Football League. The main goal of this thesis is to provide comprehensive material, which summarizes the different views and approaches both foreign and Czech experts in the field of proper diet into the complex form. The benefit of the practical part is to determine the level of compliance proper diet and other diet aspects in an environment of football competitions. The thesis can be useful tool for football coaches and other experts because it is trying to give the real picture of a level and conditions of diet in football environment.
