Investment plan for town Tábor

This bachelor thesis addresses the theme of Tabor´s investment plan. The theoretical part addresses investments and investment decisions. Furthermore the terms of public contract, the contracting authority and the subsidy are defined. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the management of the town and municipalities, their development and sustainable development. The practical part characterizes the town of Tabor, describes specific investments and financing. Impact assessment of investments on municipality development is at the end.

The relationship between physical and strategic plan - case study of Třeboň, Jindřichův Hradec and Dačice

The bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship between physical planning and strategic planning. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the development of the municipality and the tools which can be used to achieve it. The thesis identifies physical and strategic plan as the two most important tools of local development. The both documents are briefly characterized, also their aims and differences are discussed. Theoretical models of mutual relations between documents are introduced separately. In the practical part, the bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the relationship of the physical and strategic plan in three selected towns - Třeboň, Jindřichův Hradec and Dačice. The evaluation is realized by analysing and comparing documents according to determined criteria, which verify the rate of cooperation and general connection of documents. The thesis deals with the priorities determined in both documents, the connection of general content, the process of creation and approval of documents, the time sequence of both documents and the realization of the concrete intentions. The result of the thesis is confirmation of the interconnections of the documents and the determined hypotheses. Development potential of parts of municipalities on example of Police nad Metují

Czech settlement system is known for a large number of small municipalities and there are discussions about limited possibilities for their development or even the integration of small municipalities. But there is lack of discussion about problems of parts of municipalities. This bachelor work describes development problems of parts of municipalities. These problems are often similar as development problems of small municipalities. The main hypothesis of this thesis is that development pottential is influenced by population size. This hypothesis was verified by quantitative analysis of available data and by own observation in the parts of municipalities. In the case of Police nad Metují this hypothesis was proved. Optimal Choice of Financial Resources for the Carrying out of Construction Investment

This diploma thesis focuses on choice of financial resources for realization of construction investment in a public sector, classifies investments based on multiple criteria and describes funding sources including Czech and European grant programs which are suitable for carrying out a construction investment. Next chapter introduces an organization structure of a village with focus on budget structure and establishment of the budget. Village Jaroměřice and organization Svazek obcí skupinového vodovodu Malá Haná are introduced for purposes of the practical part of this work, which describes their planned construction investments and identifies the best source of funding.

The Development of Local Government in the Statutory City of Olomouc.

This master´s thesis deals with issues of a local government. The research will focus on the city Olomouc. The goal will be to characterize main socioeconomic indicators of the city and evaluate their impact on the development and functioning of the local government. The next step will be identify the actors of the political process in the village and analyze their relationships and define the nature of the decision-making process of local governments on the basis of a comparison of the results of municipal elections. Research approach, that tries to take into account differences in the content and decision-making of local authorities in cities with different Population sizes. The work is proposed as a case study. Two basic engineering approaches such as study of documents and interviews will be used for collecting of data.Other standard methodological procedures, especially comparison will be used in this work too

Political aspects of management and the development of the chosen municipality (case study of Vinařice u Loun)

Author has chosen "Political Aspects of the Management and Development of Selected Municipalities (Case Study of Vinařice u Loun)" topic.The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains and describes concepts related to communal politics matter. For example, government municipalities, municipal authorities, community development, municipal management, municipal budget, municipal elections, electoral law etc.
The practical part describes characteristic of Vinařice u Loun village from demographic and socio-economic perspective - according to the current municipal budget draft, compared to the budget structure with another, equally large municipalities. Furthermore, there has been described a detailed description of local interest and local government, and the last municipal election to municipal council (2014). The main objective is to define the nature of the decision-making process of local government and compare the management of the village from 2000 to the present (2016).
The Masters thesis characterises a case study (as already mentioned in the title of work). For data collection, analysis of documents, interviews and comparison of data were used.

The diploma thesis deals with local government municipal politics in the city of Písek. The work is focused on the development of local government in the period after 1989 to the present. The subject of the work is an analysis of the local political system as well as its activities in the field of municipal development. The work is divided into theoretical practical.
The theoretical part explains the basic concepts that are related to local government and communities alone, such as municipal government, municipal elections controversy.
The practical part then characterizes Sand historical, demographic socio-economic perspective. It also focuses on communal politics in this city, dealing with local political entities running the council controversies that arise here. The practical part includes analysis also municipal elections between 1994 and 2014 and describes the development of local government after the last elections in 2014.

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to local government and community life in the village Hostouň. The goal is to characterize the local government, local organizations and their influence on public life in the village. The work is divided into two main parts.
The theoretical part defines the basic structure of public administration and lawful functioning of the local government.
The practical part describes the basic characteristics of the village. Attention is paid to the historical, cultural, demographic and sociological characteristics of the village. Municipal elections and financial characteristics of the village are also being addressed. Last but not least it also deals with the social and political life in the village, in which the local associations play a big role.

The Development of Local Government in the Municipality of Kunvald

This thesis deals with the development of the local government in the municipality
of Kunvald since 1989. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to local government, including the urban area itself its citizens, the neighbourhood authorities, communal electoral system of Czech and the electoral right. The practical part is focused on characteristics of the community, description of its history, and the definition
of the local political parties. Futhermore, it is also targeted to the local organizations
and evaluates of the socio-economic indicators of the village during its participation
in public life and local government. It is also proceed further analysis of the progression and outcome of the local elections of municipality named Kunvald from 1989 to 2014.
The analysis describes all individual candidates, political parties, electoral participation, results and arising representatives, including the characteristics of their subsequent decision-making process who's municipal political scene will be implemented
in the following election period in the organs of the municipality. In addition, the practical also describes the comparison of the results from the municipal, district, regional
and national level since 1989 to 2014. Last but not least, not only it also contains analyses of active and passive usage of the voting rights, but it also includes a description
of continuity and discontinuity of individual members of the municipal council called Kunvald.
