It considers not only evaluation methods complying with students but also relation between evaluation and learning motivation. It includes an analysis of current situation of students' self-evaluation. The whole paper is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part portrays the core essence and the importance of the evaluation, its principles and qualities. It describes some important concepts, such as a pedagogical evaluation and its legal framework. It identifies function and techniques of the evaluation from the school legislation point of view and at the same time it illustrates the current tendencies in its development. It maps some types, forms and evaluation function. It explains in more details motivational function of evaluation as well as self-evaluation. The empirical part deals with a detailed research which is dedicated to exploration of the most frequently used pedagogical evaluation methods at the chosen schools. Simultaneously, it investigates which evaluation methods are preferred by students themselves and whether evaluation somehow impacts their motivation level...
Toxic effect of fluorescence pigment on zebra fish (Danio rerio)
Poštulková, E. ; Mareš, J. ; Halačka, Karel ; Kopp, R.
The aim of the study was to determine the toxic effects of organic pigments Alizarin Red S and Alizarin Complexone on zebra fish (Danio rerio). For short-term acute toxicity tests on zebra fish concentration of 150; 300 and 600 mg/L were chosen for both dyes. Toxic effect of dyes was observed even in the variant with 10 g/L of sodium chloride. Addition of sodium chloride increases the deposition of dyes in the bone structures of the fish. LC50 values were analyzed graphically by using probit analysis. There was no mortality during the acute toxicity test with Alizarin Red S even at the highest concentration. Toxicity value (72hLC50) for zebra fish with a combination of Alizarin Red S + 10 g/L of sodium chloride is 546.42 mg/L. Mortality for Alizarin Complexone was 100% in 24 hours at\nconcentrations of 300 and 600 mg/L, with concentrations of 150 mg/L there was no mortality. In Alizarin Complexone supplemented with 10 g/L of sodium chloride was 100% mortality at all\nconcentrations up to 72 hours.

Assessment Methods of the Pupils in ARPIDA, o.s.
ŽALUD, Jakub
The most widely used forms of school evaluation currently include the quantitative form (marking) and the qualitative form (verbal evaluation). Furthermore, the teaching process itself comprises various other methods which are involved in the formation of the final assessment. The forms and methods of the educational process are conveniently interconnected so as to achieve a quality learning result of the pupil. The process of school assessment is highly complex and it is affected by many aspects such as the personality of the pupil, the personality of the teacher or their mutual relationship. The process of assessment in connection with the education of pupils with special educational needs (SEN) appears to be even more complicated. The thesis is concerned with the methods and forms of pupils' assessment in the ARPIDA, o.s. center. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section includes specific information about the issue of school evaluation. It discusses the relation between the teaching process and the process of evaluation and defines particular functions of school assessment. Moreover, the theoretical section contains particular forms and methods of assessment employed in education. The thesis explains the significance of positive and negative evaluation of pupils and the relationship between the teacher and the pupil in the process of evaluation focused on pupils with special educational needs in the schools of the ARPIDA, o.p.s. center. It conducts a survey of the current character and condition of particular schools in the instituton. The principal aim of the thesis is to determine the methods and forms of pupils' assessment employed in the schools of the ARPIDA, o.p.s center. A partial objective is to determine which forms and methods are employed by the teachers of the ARPIDA, o.p.s center to evaluate pupils with regard to their handicaps. The practical section was created using the qualitative research method of questioning. A semi-structured interview has been chosen to extrapolate the information about the issue. The research was conducted in the ARPIDA o.s. center. The six respondents who participated in it were comprised of the teachers of the individual schools. These teachers provided information regarding the evaluation of pupils with SEN. It can be inferred from the results of the research that the teachers in the schools of the ARPIDA, o.p.s. center employ quantitative and qualitative forms of assessment corresponding with the curriculum of the individual schools i.e. marking and verbal evaluation. The results indicate that verbal evaluation is preferred by the teachers depending on the individuality and character of the handicap of the individual pupils with SEN.
