The conception and realisation of experimental stand for co-operatice robots

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzorovým procesem dvou kooperujících robotů obsluhujících automatickou měřící stanici. Manipulace s měřenými kusy je zajišťována dvěma roboty KUKA KR6/2. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout, zkonstruovat a uvést do provozu měřící stanici a příslušející pomocné zařízení. Za tímto účelem byly sepsány odpovídající programy sloužící k řízení robotů a měřící stanice. Čtenář bude seznámen s konstrukcí a uvedením pokusného pracoviště do provozu. Zároveň bude důkladně popsáno programování a řízení robotů. Závěr práce je věnován možnostem časové optimalizace procesu.

Problémy trestního soudnictví nad mládeží

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problémy trestního soudnictví nad mládeží. Důraz je kladen na českou právní úpravu představovanou především speciálním zákonem č. 218/2003 Sb., o odpovědnosti mládeže a o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže a o změně některých zákonů (zákon o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže), který obsahuje hmotněprávní i procesní úpravu. Takové dělení jsem zvolil i pro tuto diplomovou práci. Cílem je související českou právní úpravu pojmenovat, rozebrat, zhodnotit a upozornit na možné problémy z ní vyplývající. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá především historickým vývojem právní úpravy trestního soudnictví nad mládeží na našem území v posledních 100 letech a obecnými aspekty zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Samostatná kapitola první části je věnována i konceptu restorativní justice, jeho užití v české právní úpravě, ale i v dokumentech, směrnicích a rezolucích vydávaných na evropské úrovni a úrovni Organizace spojených národů. V druhé části diplomové práce jsou rozebírány vybrané aspekty hmotněprávní úpravy jako dolní hranice trestní odpovědnosti a problémy jejího určování, rozumová a mravní vyspělost, morální vývoj u dětí, opatření ukládaná mládeži a vztahy mezi jednotlivými opatřeními. The proceedings of the 20th international sessions on the issue of sepulchral monuments, which took place in Prague on 2–3 November 2021. These regular conferences, organized since 2000 by the Institute of Art History, Czech Academy of Sciences, are focused on sepulchral monuments as material artefacts of sepulchral culture and as works of art in the traditional sense of the word, with a factual or methodological relation to the Central European issues. However, they do not avoid themes, that more widely explain the context, in which these monuments were created and were functionally applied. The emphasis is placed on the nature of interdisciplinary expert meetings. Through their focus and periodicity, they are unique in a pan-European context. The series Epigraphica & Sepulcralia has been the publication forum of these sessions since 2005. The conference proceedings contain a total of eighteen papers. In addition to Czech and Moravian topics, traditionally, a significant share of the conference is devoted to foreign issues, specifically Polish and Slovak, and indirectly to other regions of Central Europe. The significant share of papers dealing with the reflection of sepulchral and epigraphic monuments in written sources, which allow a slightly different view of the issue, is highly positive.

The proceedings of the 18th and 19th international sessions on the issue of sepulchral monuments, which took place in Prague on 6 – 7 November 2019 and online on Zoom (due to the coronavirus epidemic) 12 – 13 November 2020. These regular conferences, organized since 2000 by the Institute of Art History, Czech Academy of Sciences, are focused on sepulchral monuments as material artefacts of sepulchral culture and as works of art in the traditional sense of the word, with a factual or methodological relation to the Central European issues. However, they do not avoid themes, that more widely explain the context, in which these monuments were created and were functionally applied. The emphasis is placed on the nature of interdisciplinary expert meetings. Since the 15th session in 2016, however, it has also started to take note of Jewish sepulchral monuments and, given the topicality of the topic, also Muslim ones, but still with a close connection to Central European issues. Through their focus and periodicity, they are unique in a pan-European context. The series Epigraphica & Sepulcralia has been the publication forum of these sessions since 2005. The conference proceedings bring a total of twenty contributions divided into unequal parts, one of which is devoted to Christian sepulchral monuments and the other to Jewish sepulchral monuments. In addition to Czech and Moravian themes, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian themes traditionally have a significant share.

The publication is based on materials from the conference “La Tène period in Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia” held on 11-13 June 2014 in Klement-Oberleis, Austria. For the most part, the studies published here are revised texts of the lectures given at the conference and bring a comprehensive overview of actual archaeological and numismatic research within the topic of the Celtic development in the Central European Region. For many diverse scientific questions, readers will find relevant studies in the present proceedings, which contains a total of 18 studies by authors from Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
